Quests in order I done:

4. Esageratamente Gnoll - Jump on Melma Purificata and using skill 1 destroy 3 totems /way 15.92 19.67 /way 15.54 20.69 /way 13.86 20.85, then move to exit you can skip all mobs /way 12.88 21.93 Exit.
5. La mela marcia - get to cave /way 12.91 22.09, then you will needt open cage from left kill mob then middle cage kill mob then on last cage speak with mob then pull Root to get Radice del Decadimento Slay him. That will finish storyline.
