Just received Apprentice Slimemancer's Boots via a Maldraxxus calling in a Tribute of the Ambitious box. Toy tooltip says, "You must be a member of the Necrolord Covenant or have reached Renown 80 with the Necrolords." I received it and added to toy box on a Venthyr level 80 but could not apply it, so logged over to a Necrolord aligned character and was able to use it.

9.1.5 added 4 new toys from covenant reward boxes; 1 in each covenant calling reward boxes. They seem to have a high drop chance from the boxes (20-40%) and they can drop on any covenant and at any renown level.

Everytime I log into the game, the buff is on and they do the effect. But I don't activate them.
I just log into the game and they enable that moment. But they actually don't go under cooldown. Happens for a few months already.
Anybody else noticed this? I wonder if thats a bug, an intentional thing or something triggers it.
