There hasn't been a screenshot yet, but I have confirmed the proc animation is identical to that of the Bloodlust Brooch. The character turns red and a skull-like face appears in front of the character briefly.

I have seen some arms warriors get this over the strength, and I don't think they we're so poor that they didn't have money to change it.
Does anyone have a spreadsheet on this, if agility is better than strength in certain situations or strength all the way?

Sorry if it's a stupid question, but I am really curious :)

Just noticed today that this is the only Ashen Verdict ring that has a stat change from it's "honored" predecessor other than the addition of the proc.

Is the +2 agi an over-sight or is the proc here worth less item budget? im not sure why blizz did this.
