You can get this by first obtaining the Quest to get the lower tier ring, then grant Honored status with The Ashen Verdict then upgrade it with a new Quest given by the Death Knight Armor guy in the start room of Icecrown Citadel.

What set bonus? You only get one ring which is upgraded as you improve your reputation. Unless you are meaning socket bonus, in which case it has probably not been added yet.

Anyone else find it weird that there's a yellow socket on the exalted rings but no set bonus for it?
Whats to keep people from just socketing Red? O_o

Why would there be a set bonus? It's not part of a set. It's a stand-alone item. If you mean socket bonus... there is no such thing as a socket without a socket bonus. They will add one.

Anyone know a bit more about the rings yet?

I am curious what the actual chance to proc the 'increased spell power by 285 for 10 sec' is, and also if it has an internal CD of 45sec like most proc'd items. What that would equal in terms of dps or dpct? -Thanks
