Since we won't be seeing this in game for quite some time to come, anybody have any guesses as to the ICD associated with the proc? I'm guessing one minute (two at most). One minute with a 20s duration seems a tad OP though...

Most trinkets nowadays have an ICD equal to three times the duration of the buff. In this case it would be 60 seconds most likely. I'd bet it has a low chance to proc though which would likely put its average proc rate at about 75 seconds. That's still an average of 275 spellpower though, so pretty good.

It has a 30% chance to proc Siphoned Power. You can tell from here.

Just thought I should pop in and say that it procs off hellfire! Other then that, the proc looks very much like intensity from heroic sindragosa (and maybe normal) so don't be fooled :)

ICD is 100 seconds, the 30% proc seems to be right.
€dit: Currently "1207 spell power for 20 sec" on PTR.
