These stats seem broken-ly good for an ilvl 226. Compare to the other SP necks, this one has much more throughput capability.

Anyone have any idea where this item drops?
I found one Tauren Druid wearing it but it did not say anything about where in Ulduar it drops.

Does anyone know if this drops only on hard mode, like the Sapphire Amulet of Renewal, the heroic counterpart to this neck? I would assume so.

This item recieved a name change in patch 3.2. Before the patch, it was simply called "Watchful Eye". And considering there is already an item called Watchful Eye which drops from 10 man Naxx, I'm assuming this is the reason they changed the name to "Watchful Eye of Fate". /bonk Blizzard.

Either way though, it's an amazing neck for all warlocks, mages, priests, resto druids and boomkins. Very good, and is obtainable through Assembly of Iron's hard mode in 10 man.
