Very likely you meant 25-man _hardmode_ gear.

If your guild uses a loot council, this loot may get rusty (pun intended) before they make a decision about it, as half your raid will probably want this item. The Leviathan fueling manual is only better if you aren't hit-capped. If you are, as noted above, this is BiS for most healing classes that use spirit > mp5, as well as many dps caster classes (warlock, mage, and in 3.1.2, with the planned changes to spirit-->spellpower, boomkin).

It is also worth noting that the item model has a nifty orange glow that leaves little embers in the air as you walk along. Very pretty.

Looks like a Book ingame, and in screen shots. Then if you Use it on your profiler, or View it in 3D, it looks like a spiky skull with a shiny gem on the forehead.
