This seems to be the only reason for a caster (dps) to reach exalted with this faction. There is also the wand but that is not great

Also for healers this is quite nice one. Not having spirit/mp5 is quite usual when I look up the rings available for 80 and personally I like this ring, although I'd like it more with crit than haste.

As a holy priest, rings superior to this one drop in Naxx/Sartharion, or are rewards for Emblems of Valor (from raids). I never had mana problems, if you have them, grab Band of Enchanted Growth...cool mp5 for a ring imo.

I also have an option to try to find jwc for Titanium Spellshock Ring, but I play only for a few months and i don't even have fast flyer, so i just can't afford it. Reputation costs nothing.

A solid ring for Shammies and Paladin healers. While haste isn't the best stat possible, the Int and spellpower is very good for a rep-reward item.

Though this is a very solid ring, I don't think it is a good exalted reputation reward. There are better rings in UK and CoT Strat HCs for the exact same stats. Unless you are very unlucky on drops or started grinding rep with the argents for anything else I don't advice grinding rep solely for this ring.

If you do the Troll Patrol daily quest often (~48 gold for 10 minutes time) you will be exalted with Argent Crusade without too much effort. I will keep doing these quests for gold and in a couple of weeks will have a decent caster ring to show for it.

I have begun stacking haste for my resto shammy. I found out about this ring recently, definetly getting it for those fast chain heals.

Also it has quite high numbers on int wich really benefits us resto-shammys :)

If you're an Affliction lock and you've just hit 80 but have enough rep with the Argent Crusade, this is a good choice until Band of the Invoker, but then again, you could mix both of them for a decent combo.

This is based on the current gear that can be obtained by running heroics (either as drops, or through Emblems).
