this is currently one the best DPS Mail Feet for Shaman along with Boots of the Renewed Flight so far in this 1st season content

it dropped today in the raid, but unfortunately i lost a roll with Hunter

but the drop rate of this item is somehow quite big (20%)

Some of the best boots in the game if you're a hunter or enhance shammy. If you're already hit capped, the only ones better are the Boots of the Renewed Flight. The gem slot on this is a big bonus.

Got these last night and replaced my https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=44898 with them. The loss of 44 hit seemed huge at first, but I slapped a https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=40044 in the socket and enchant it with Icewalker for the +12 hit/crit. So grand total with a glinting monarch topaz and icewalker (Percentages are correctly calculated to factor in stat boosts):
