This seems to be a common item drop between a few different bosses. Seen it drop in naxx25 from Heigan, Instructor Razuvius, and Grobbulus.

Boundless Ambition is definitely the best choice for ferals atm while the armor is still getting buffed by bearform. But once the next patch comes and the armor changes come through i think i'll be using this one.
I prefer the hit rating above expertise atm aswell. as we got quite some expertise on the Tier pieces and i got like no hit at all anymore..

As a feral druid, even before the patch that changes how bonus armour from misc equipped items works, I am seeking this neck piece.

While the drom from KT is nice, i would pass it to a warrior, pally or DK any day of the week.

If you play a feral druid MT and you aren't close or at your hit cap, you should be. Fights like The Four Horseman and tanking Thane in the power burn strat, if you start missing, your raid will have a lot of problems.

Additionally, if you play a feral druid MT and aren't stacking dodge and agility to compliment your hit rating, i'd hate to be a healer in one of your raids. A decently geared druid should be carrying 40%+ Dodge while Raid Buffed along with Capped hit rating.
