Unlike the old trinkets, which remained separate for every class although they were absolutely the same (this has its roots in the fact that they used to be different for every class many patches ago), the new epic ones are only two items in total: one for the Horde and one for the Alliance.

this is an unbelievable amount of resil on one item. other items that come close to this ungodly amount of resil are rogue's arena pants starting from season 2(merc/venge/brutal), and Firemaul of Destruction, a lvl 68 2h mace.

I was wondering if it could be possible to equip both this, and the +20 resilience one. But then i realized that they have exactly the same name, and both are unique.
So could anyone tell me if it is possible?

there has been a new upgrade for level 80 only the same use and same cooldown although now
it improves resilence rating 84 instead of 45.
