Correct this. Its the BEST ring for caster classes in this game. Prolly worth that you give a considerable ammount of dkp for it.

Animouz is correct. This ring, combined with the crafted Loop of Forged Power, is the best combination of rings currently in game. With these two, you'd get a combined:

48 Stamina
42 Intellect
19 Spell Hit (1.51%)
22 Spell Crit (1%)
61 Spell Haste (3.87%)!
74 Spell Damage

Those are some sweet stats. The combined haste alone takes a full .11 seconds off your Fireball. No caster should be passing on these upgrades if they're available.

Anywho, please don't declare this the end all BEST ring in the game if you don't regularly receive Sunwell loot. What Aristocrates said above is DEAD on. Sunwell loot has very little hit rating on it. If youre upgrading say T6 pants to Brutallus legs, then you're losing hit. If you're using Zhardoom as your weapon, youre also missing a large chunk of hit. Just because ppl are in sunwell/BT gear doesnt mean they have 500 hit. Yes, they could hit cap themselves easier, but that require losing another stat, because they have to downgrade or socket hit. Also be aware, that spell crit is not a very good PvE stat. So, its mostly about your specific gear, and less about item values. Also, don't quote Stam and Int as if they are worth noting. Stats for Caster PvE are worth almost zero in comparison to spell dmg, hit, and haste.
