Even if you don't like to PvP, you should still get this trinket. It's useful for Rage Winterchill and practically required for Archimonde in Hyjal Summit, to keep yourself from being feared into doomfire. The 2-minute cooldown makes it much better than the cheaper one's 5-minute cooldown.

2 minute cooldown... That's absolutely fantastic in every way shape or form. Costs 24975 honor fyi, but at level 70 that isn't nearly as bad as it seems like it would be at level 60.

Don't forget the resilience, its extremly important for arena. 20 resil from this decreases your chance of being crit by 0.5% and decreases the damage crits do to you by 1%.

Does this stack with Insignia of the Alliance ie can I use both and are they on different timers?

since season 2 this thing removes EVERYTHING.
blind,deathcoil,crippling poison,hamstring etc etc.
