Those fireworks can be obtained by Alliance players through the neutral goblin Auction Houses.
I think the Blue Fireworks are Alliance-only.

You can sell them with proper advirtising: 4-5g per stack + lots of skill points.

Actually, may be little or widely known, im not sure, but you can pick these up in SM, there are five barrels in the arm. that contain just these, usually somewhere between 2-5 a barrel.

The red firework is my favorite! It's a bright red burst, like green and blue. But it's only sold in Oggrimar... Arrrrgh! Could some Horde on the Draka server be REALLY nice and put up the damn schematic on the neutral AH? I'll start doing that with the blue schematic! (Which is found only in IF in Tinker Town.)

A friend of mine made a horde char on Jaedenar just so I could get this. Trouble is, getting money for it is a bit of a pain so I helped him solo WC mobs outside the instance for the money, took ages but I finally got it. I have almost all the fireworks schematics now (if there are any left, I don't know where to get them) so if anyone on Alliance side wants some fireworks for a special event, give Bee a mail with the mats and requirements and I can send them to you. I can make the Lunar Festival stuff too ;-)

BTW they DO have a 5 sec cooldown but DON'T share their cooldown with the other fireworks of their type. Fire three different ones at once, or hotkey them and make custom displays!

this is sold in stormwind too, the firework vendor, i think its in the mage quarter, sells this and the schematic for the blue firework

You can get the red fireworks in bootybay and in stormwind and ogrimar.

in bootybay he is next to shady goods in a little room in the back of bootybay.

In stormwind the vendor is in the mage quarter.

these fireworks can be found inside SM armory... at some corner there are a lof boxes and barrels filled with em just click some and you have red fireworks:)
