I got this today (first day of patch) off of The Black Knight in ToC Heroic. It was one of two epics that he dropped.

Very good caster dps gear. I replaced some old Naxx boots and Im very pleased with this upgrade.

Current stats on live are different than shown here:

58 Stamina
61 Intellect
35 Hit Rating
51 Crit Rating
92 Spell Power

If you put a 19 (or 23) spell power gem in the socket, these are arguably better than the 25-man XT-002 drop Sandals of Rash Temperament, but only if you're over the hit cap.

throw a new epic smooth king's amber or an older smooth autumn's glow in here. boomchickens are crit heavy and this is a solid upgrade to your ulduar boots. fast and easy to get, i obtained it on my main last night

Prety amazing boots for an elemental shaman, tho they are cloth. Although cloth casters have priority for those, I would like to get them for my shaman. Good that Blizzard is cutting the number of caster items with spirit on them. Now if I could only get decent rings/neck for Emblems of Conquest without spirit or mp5...

Haste is still better than crit for a Moonkin up until you reach the 400 soft cap where wrath no longer benefits from additional haste. After this point crit is a much better stat as haste only effects starfire.

I am in a decent Ulduar guild and I would still be looking to pick these up as there are very few possible upgrades currently. The leather boots from Beasts are slightly better than these if you don't need the hit. I am still using the boots from Malygos 10 man as they are still awesome.

the leather version Barkhide Treads don't have socket, though it have +12 crit rating, and +1hit rating.

but considering the socket, and the socket bonus, isn't this one slightly better?

are they they same ilevel item?

I think I'm right in saying these are the only epic clothy caster dps boots, from any Northrend heroics, and very good indeed.
