Since this is ilvl 200 I would guess it will drop from the new 5-man, Trial of the Champion. Will be an excellent pre-raid cloak for all us STR users. No need to check the AH for Cloak of Bloodied Waters any more.

Dropped for me last night so I can confirm that this drops from the Black Knight in the normal 5-man Trial of the Champion.

Slight upgrade from Cloak of Bloodied Waters.

+28 Haste Rating

Great cloak, anything with STR is always a plus for us DK's and other similar classes. I was using a Naxx10 cloak for the longest time because I couldn't win a roll on the Aged winter cloak to save my life and the HAmmerhead sharkskin didn't give me ArP like the naxx10 cloak does. Even though this new cloak doesn't have the ArP it's a nice upgrade because of all the STR.

This is a pretty good starting epic cape for plate DPS, considering the vast majority of early epic capes are AGI/Attack Power oriented. It's rather annoying to have to sift through that sort of thing instead of getting Strength.

I've been trying at this cape for a week now. Im guessing this is one of his lesser drops. also as a Main Tank rolling for off spec im sure that will make it even that much harder. I'm about to break and go ahead and spend the emblems and get the Item lvl 213 cape from the Valor vendor. :( Woe is me!

I've actually been wearing this on my feral tank lately, since he doesn't need +Defense much. But I have held onto the other tanking cloaks, in case I change my mind. Seems to need the Strength to hold aggro, with all the 3k+ dps that turns up in PUGs lately.
