Not a BIS but it's a good mage cloak for ppl using Molten Armor. Otherwise better can be had.

This cloak seems awfully under-budgeted, when compared to Asimov's Drape.

I wouldn't hold out for a buff, but it does seem strange.

This drops off the last boss in 25 man Ulduar, and somehow it falls short to a cloak which drops off the last boss in 25 man Naxx, which is a full tier below 25 Ulduar.

If you want to be technical, Algalon is the last boss, but the vast majority of guilds will not beat Algalon at least until next Icecrown is out. At the moment, many consider Yogg-Saron to be the final boss of Ulduar.

Perhaps I'm missing something, but this cloak doesn't fall short at all of the cloaks from Mimiron or Kel'thuzad... but I play a resto druid, and value int and spirit more than crit.

Just because an item is budgeted more for another class than yours doesn't make it underbudget.
