After some quests starting at Argent Vanguard, you can actually reclaim Crusader's Pinnacle and it becomes a base of Argent Crusade and Tirion Fordring comes to this base too.

Then rejoice, my dear caster, that there is one less faction you will need to slowly and painfully grind to exalted. And thank Blizzard for spicing the game up with some variety and options, rather than making every faction equally rewarding for each and every class/profession. zzzzz

I am surprised that the Paladins didn't get a Pally Trainer here, (Similar to how Mages get a class trainer in Dalaran), since the Silver Hand was suppose to join up with the Argent Dawn.

The quatermaster can be a little tricky to see but he is located in the main camp right under a tent so just flip your camera down a little and he will reveal himself ;)

So for the only dailies that I can find for the Argent Crusade are:

Slaves to Saronite - from Brother Keltan on the airship in Icecrown

Troll Patrol - from the guy in the middle of the Argent Stand in Zul'Drak which is composed of doing 4 smaller quests for NPCs in the area. If you manage to do them all quick enough and complete it (less than 20mins I think), you get a bonus daily reward of 350 rep or so and a bag of junk that vendors for a nice amount.

So far that seems to be all that I can find, if anyone else has found others, please let me know.

Best way to get rep with them is to take the quest Troll Patrol then only do
Captain Rupert's Task becuse it gives most rep 250, then delete the quest and do it again.
You can do it 25 times and get 6250 rep per day

Reputation from quests (for Horde and Alliance):
- Dragonblight: 275
- Icecrown: 9150
- Zul'Drak : 9510
Total: 18935.

Alliance can get another 1075 rep from quests.

That gets you to the standing:
Neutral -> Friendly: 3000
Friendly -> Honored: 6000
Honored with 9935 rep points (so you will need another 2065 rep to Revered).

Not sure what quest you are doing, but the sub quests for Troll Patrol are only 75 rep each, NOT 250.

I would just like to add that I JUST did Rupert's Task over 20 times, and got 250 rep per turn in. I grinded out a lot of rep in a very short amount of time, amen to whoever posted that.

I'm not sure who was only getting 75 rep per turn in, maybe that's how it'll be after I hit revered when the dailies reset in 10 minutes.

The Troll Patrol quest sub tasks award different rep amounts depending on the day / task. I've had them (Ruperts included) give 250 or 75. I've even had one sub-task give only 25 rep before (can't remember which giver / quest).

I know many may disagree, but I feel 'take the quest Troll Patrol then only do Captain Rupert's Task because it gives most rep 250, then delete the quest and do it again' is an exploit. It's not that hard with championing to get revered with the four factions that have tabards.

If you are one of those that do alot of heroics, then wearing the Argent Crusade tabard while you do it is by far the fastest reputation grinding. I got 2k into honored - exalted in two days (I had off course done a few quests with them while leveling.)

The Knights of the Silver Hand was a Paladin faction.

The Argent Dawn faction on the other hand was simply a lawful and good organization focused on protecting Azeroth from the Burning Legion and the Scourge.

The Argent Dawn contained many and not only a single specific class.

According to Lore the Knights of the Silver Hand was destroyed by the corrupted Prince Arthas in the Third War.

Following the death of his son Taelan, Tirion Fordring committed himself to re-founding the Knights of the Silver Hand.
He now leads the Argent Crusade.

Tirion Fordring was one of the first five Knights of the Silver Hand, selected by Archbishop Alonsus Faol and was one of the heroes of the Second War.

This might also explain why not many paladins are left or any strong emphasis is made on paladins as the original Knights of the Silver Hand was destroyed.

There are four factions in WOTLK that you can gain rep with from wearing their tabard (purchased from the faction's quartermaster at friendly reputation) while doing level 80 instances. All the four factions have a few epic rewards, a bunch of blue ones, and two types of head enchants - one with resistance/stamina and one with stats (listed below). These four factions are as follows:

Kirin Tor - Spelldmg/Crit
The Wyrmrest Accord - Spelldmg/mp5
Knights of the Ebon Blade - AP/Crit
The Argent Crusade - Stam/Def

if Farming Argent Crusade rep is your goal then a trick is this

1. Get the Patrol quest
2. find out if Captain Rupert has the 250 rep reward quest: Troll Patrol: Intestinal Fortitude
3. If he does complete his quest. hand it in then drop the main patrol quest and go pick it up again
4. Repeat.

24 quests X 250 rep = 6000 rep
+ the Slaves to Saronite quest = a total daily rep gain of 6250 Argent Crusade Rep

This is one of five different factions which which you can gain reputation by killing things in level 80 dungeons. They all have solo daily quests that award substantial reputation...except for the Kirin Tor, which has only a small amount of solo repeatable reputation, and only if you have the trade skill.

As such, if you want reputation with the Kirin Tor, you should always wear its tabard when in a level 80 dungeon. The other reps...you can get without needing to put together a group.

Kirin Tor: 150 rep/day for cooking + 25 rep/day for jewelcrafting
Wyrmrest Accord: 750 rep/day (Dragonblight and Borean Tundra dailies)
Argent Crusade: 1100 rep/day with Icecrown and Zul'Drak dailies
Alliance Vanguard / Horde Expedition: 1163 / 1375 rep/day with Icecrown and Grizzly Hills dailies (includes 50% of the rep you get from the Valiance Expedition / Warsong Offensive daily quests)
Knights of the Ebon Blade: 1500 rep/day with Icecrown dailies, plus 10 rep repeatable non-daily

For those like me (Death Knights running Heroics a lot), past revered this rep is totally useless for us (since hopefully you're NOT a tailor) except for the achievement to get exalted with them and AD. So unless, like me, you're already max with everywhere else, don't bother past revered. Even as a tank I'd rather get dps boots from the Ebon Blade then a half of a title.

I started as honored before I set foot to icecrown probably from other quest. To get to "Exalted" from the begginings of "Honored" is like 12-15 heroic runs. Maybe less.

To make finding the quests I needed to pick up easier, I did a little filtering:

Sorted by Database > Quests > Northrend
-Increases reputation with... Argent Crusade
--and then sorted by required level so I know when I can pick up each quest as I level.

Some of the Argent Tournament quests in Icecrown give Argent Crusade rep as well. I noticed that when I was turning in the Black Knight quest line as well as some of the champion's dailies.

As of Patch 3.1, another 1100 daily rep is available for the Argent Crusade, at the Argent Tournament. All of the following quests become available after becoming a champion for a faction (gold reward assumes you are level 80.)

Among the Champions: 250 Reputation Other Rewards: Champion's Seal, 13g23s and either Champion's Writ or Champion's Purse
Battle Before The Citadel: 250 Reputation Other Rewards: Champion's Seal, 20g63s and either Champion's Writ or Champion's Purse
Taking Battle To The Enemy: 250 Reputation Other Rewards: Champion's Seal, 13g23s and either Champion's Writ or Champion's Purse
Threat From Above (group): 250 Reputation Other Rewards: 2xChampion's Seals, 16g53s and either Champion's Writ or Champion's Purse
Contributin' To The Cause: 100 Reputation

Other notes:

Contributin' To The Cause costs 10g and does take up a daily slot. On the bright side, it's instant.
Champion's Writ can be used to increase your reputation with major city factions, so you can earn exalted with them at the same time.
Most of these quests also reward Silver Covenant reputation.
All of these quests can be done together with their Valiant-series counterparts, so if you are trying to champion with more than one faction, you can do them all together to save time.
Finally, it's worth noting that with the Champion's Purses, the speed with which these daily quests can be completed and the ease of combining them with other daily quests in Icecrown, and the BoE pets that can be purchased with Champion's Seals, these are far and away the best gold-earning dailies in the game, possibly the best gold quests period.

Since the alchemy one is so stupid

I went nuts trying to get the alchemy quest done without beating my head against the desk, on my first run to 80. I even drew a map of the inventory at one point.

So imagine my relief when I went there on my second toon, map lost under discarded Cheetos packages or something, and discovered that the latest version of Carbonite takes all the frustration out of it. Since Blizzard cracked down on pay-addons, Carbonite made their full version available for free. When the Apothecary tells you what you need, a pointer pops up along with text telling you which shelf and position the nearest one is on ("Rack 3, Shelf 2, position 2" or somesuch). Got the Congratulations! reward on the first try after months of never touching this quest.

Edited to add: you won't see the addon pointer if you are tracking any quest, including Troll Patrol. Deselect it before starting.

I'd like to mention another way to earn reputation with the Argent Crusade, which, unless I missed it, hasn't been mentioned yet.

It's the Timear Foresees series of daily quests available in the Violet Hold area of Dalaran.

The reward for turning in the quest is the choice of a Commendation Badge worth 250 reputation points for either Argent Crusade, Kirin Tor, Ebon Blade, Wyrmrest Accord, and, as of 3.2.2, Sons of Hodir. You also receive 19g86s and one Emblem of Conquest.

Note that although the quest only requires you to do the particular instance on normal mode, you can also do it on heroic and still complete the quest. So, do it on heroic mode and have your Argent Crusade tabard equipped for maximum reputation!

I'm neutral with the Argent Crusade and no quests are available to me at The Argent Vanguard. Do you have to be friendly with them to get quests there? I don't recall having to do that before.

The following statements on WowHead for WotLK Classic are false:
"Mobs: You can grind Crypt Slayer in Eastern Plaguelands until Exalted, if you can't quest in Northrend."
"Quests: Reputation can be gained in the Wrath questing hubs mentioned above, but also while questing in the Plaguelands and at the Argent Tournament."
Crypt Slayer and some other mobs in EPL give Argent Dawn rep. I have tested just now and confirmed that this does not add to your Argent Crusade rep in classic (although I vaguely remember this not being the case in original Wrath... but my memory is likely wrong). The quests in EPL are the same and only give Dawn rep, not Crusade.

Don't confuse Argent Dawn rep, from quests in the Plaguelands, with Argent Crusade rep in WotLK. They're not the same faction.

This guide indicates that you can get rep from the Crypt Slayers in EPL and I don't think that is correct. At least at 80 these bugs give no rep whatsoever. Not even the Rare Elite Nerubian Overseer gives AC rep (it gives 50 Argent Dawn).
