Corazza di Bronzo Glaciale, the chest that drops from the same boss on heroic mode, is the same.
Celata della Mano d'Argento, same situation, same model as the suggested, but drops on regular.
And finally we have Guanti Lunghi Cristallini della Rocca, which drop from The Captain's Chest on regular.

Bracers aren't really necessary to complete the look imo, but if you just HAVE to have the "whole set", Bracciali della Notte Senza Stelle are the matched pair.

This set uses the Blue variant of the "Dungeon C2 Plate" artwork and forms a complete eight-piece set of that art.

Both Kerza and Bejamin have posted extra sources for the helm, chest, gloves and boots, so I won't list them again here. But in addition, Gambali Corazzati del Granito Congelato are another source for the legs.

There are two other colour variants of this set in the artwork database and both have at least five pieces in the game. Neither is available as a complete set, though. See:

Orange glow / orange-grey metalwork (officially "Orange"): Scourgelord's Frigid Battleplate (Recolor) (missing head, belt and legs)
Blue glow / red-grey-black metalwork (officially "Teal"): Scourgelord's Frigid Battleplate (Recolor) (missing shoulders, wrists and feet)

There are so many duplicate sources for the pieces that do exist that it's a shame they couldn't have made some different colours and filled out more of the other two set colours.

The mogg set takes a few days to get but looks real good for Deathknight

Due to the difficulty in getting the belt to drop, I just mogged it into my Cinturone dell'Araldo della Piaga. If you're not a DK you can get a lookalike such as Fascione Barbarico di Verdungo for a few justice points.

I use Cappa dello Squalo Demoniaco as my cape.

Two other fitting helms for this set are Celata del Campione dei Predatori del Sole and Elmo Bicorna Forgiato dal Gelo .

I collected this armor as a "dark paladin" set, and also because I've never seen anyone else in-game wearing it, so there's definitely value in the uniqueness of the look. I matched it with Mantello della Neve Cremisi for the cloak, and Disfatta for my weapon.

After wearing this set for a few days, however, I've decided it's actually rather ugly; the rust colored fur lining clashes with the violet-hued of the plate proper, the stark blue outlines against it are a bit off-putting, and the skulls look more cheesy than intimidating.

It should be noted that this set is NOT an exact replica of the Savage Saronite Battlegear sets. This set's helm has less protruding spikes and the shoulder's spikes are more blunt than on the previously mentioned set.

Edit: It should also be noted that a skull has been added to the chest, as well as various glowing bits to the entirety of the gear.

This set looks exactly the same with and without its belt. Therefore DKs can actually transmog their belt into Cinturone del Cavaliere di Acherus, which has an empty model and will hide the belt. AFAIK there's no "empty" belts for other classes in the game at the moment.

A little guide/help/tip for all you transmoggers out there:

First of all; everything you need for this set can be obtained from doing the last three Icecrown dungeons on normal difficulty.

Secondly; some of the items, such as the leggings, have a significantly higher drop rate on heroic mode, which drop from Garfrost (first boss in Pit of Saron), than the ones that drop from Devourer of Souls (last boss in Forge of Souls). It took me 20 runs to get the leggings from Devourer of Souls. It didn't take me that long to get the other items for the set. Most of them within 5 runs. But you know what they say: random loot is random. Although the Gambali Corazzati del Granito Congelato actually do have a very low drop rate.

I didn't really plan on getting this set. I was really just after Affettaghoul, but then the shoulders dropped from that same boss and I looked up the set to see what it looked like and I decided to get the full set.

Which brings be to my third point; a weapon that matches this set quite is actually the Affettaghoul. No shock that it matches pretty well since it's from the same dungeon that the set drops from, though. It's also freakishly huge, so that's pretty cool. The glow that you get from the Incantamento Arma - Acciaio Danzante enchant goes really well with the rest of the blue on the set as well.

And fourthly; I learned that finding a cloak that matches this set is damn near impossible! I did find one that matched pretty well, though. I didn't wanna settle for that normal, single-color look, as I wanted to find something to make the set "pop". I like how Drappo del Distruttore di Torvaluna looks. It's not perfect, but like I said; nothing seems to be. The cloak drops from Black Temple, which should be very easily soloed by any level 90 class. This isn't the only one of this model in these colors. There are also the same that drops from the Hyjal Summit raid and The Eye. Just look at the "same model as" tab to see from what bosses they drop from.

There are some off-set pieces that are recolored models. Don't bother with those as they won't match this set and they are also lacking some pieces to make it a complete set.

My advice is to just run through the dungeons from Forge of Souls and onwards, but do Pit of Saron on heroic difficulty, since the legs and the gloves for this set both drop here and they have a much higher drop rate than from the bosses that drop them here than for the pieces that drop on the normal difficulty bosses.

Patience really is a virtue when farming this set, so make sure you bring lots of it! It's a lot easier if you prepare yourself that it might take 30-40 runs instead of expecting it to drop on the first runs.

Nice looking set for DKs with the runes and the skulls.

Some nice weapons to go with this:
-Quel'Delar, Might of the Faithful (any enchantment of runeforge that adds a blue glow adds to the look)
-High Citadel Enforcer's Claymore (Heroic version)
-Shadowmourne (if only.....if only we could transmog legendaries because it's the best match)
