Unfortunately, unless you were into keeping sets for looks a long time ago, you won't be able to complete the Van Cleef look.

There was only one item in WoW that used the same skin as Van Cleef for boots, and that was Stivali della Dislocazione, obtained in Naxx 60 (NLA). :(

This set uses the Black variant of the "D2 Leather" artwork and forms a complete seven-piece set of the art, though the only boots are actually no longer available.

Very sadly there are no boots of this colour and artwork available in the game. :( You would have had to get Stivali della Dislocazione before they were removed.

Note that one of the listed chests is a short-sleeved version: Pettorale Corazzato della Lapide, but is also now out of game.

The three sets of listed gloves also all use differing models (but all the same artwork), so check them out to see which style you prefer. Artigli Ossei di Skul are chunkier and Guanti del Manto Tempestoso have floppy tops.

There's technically also a black belt defined in this artwork set (which would actually make it an eight-piece set), but I'm convinced it's not meant to be part of this set and only shares the same art code because of a mistake. Anyway, it exists in the game as Cintura dell'Araldo and with the rest of the set it looks like this, so judge for yourself :)

There are four other colour variants of this set in the artwork database and three are available as complete or mostly-complete sets. See:

Green and tan (officially "Gray"): Stormshroud Armor (Recolor). The boots and shoulders are unfortunately missing
Yellow-tan and silver (officially "Silver"): There are only four pieces available in this colour. The key chest and legs (as well as the gloves) are missing, so there's really not enough to make a proper set from. For completeness, the appearance and list of pieces may be viewed here

Luckily for me I kept Stivali della Dislocazione and I have found a nicely fitting helm for the rest of the set Cappuccio del Calcacielo.

If you are a Troll, Tauren, Draenei, or Worgen you can get a set of crafted Stivali del Marchio Oscuro and forget a boot design since these boots cover only the foot portion and will not show.

A good matching cloak for this set is the (Cappa Intrecciata d'Oscuro)

The boots i use for this set are Calzari di Palpitorosso. Not only do they match perfectly, imo, they were a cinch to get as long as you havent already done the quest Scorpiodonte in Tanaris.
If so, there are two other look-a-like items available from Vilbosco and Maleterre quests, Grancalzari di Grazle and Stivali di Pelle di Capra respectively.

Sadly they are cloth, so this will only be for those who want to RP or look cool while in cities.

As far as belts go I would also like to suggest using Cintura di Sofera with the Armatura del Manto Tempestoso transmog set as it blends really well on Pandaren. Item comparison with the above mentioned Calzari di Palpitorosso over here.

The colors doesn't match perfectly, but I think Stivali dell'Emissario delle Paludi look pretty good with this set. Good for a Dark Ranger roleplaying outfit.

I decided I wanted this set for my druid, and this is what I've found so far as to the missing pieces:

Cloak: Cappa dello Scagliafolletti thanks to Sarenthir for that one!
Belt: Cintura dei Sanguebuio is what I chose to go for, since the colours match up rather nicely
Boots: Stivali del Maestro since they are the same shade of gray (no, it's 1, not fifty), and the red strip adds a nice touch
Helm: Maschera del Tritaossa I know, there are other headpieces that fit, but I like the way it looks (probably because of the whole VanCleef thing ^^)
Weapon: since I am a druid, i had to look for a staff, and lookey-here, I found one Bastone Focalizzato del Sole Infuso

If I find any better matches (especially for the belt) I'll keep them posted.

And, as soon as I am more familiar with wowhead, I'll create a set so you can easily see what it looks like ;)

You can find an alternative to the boots using mosshide boots. Seems like the pants extend down to the feet if you put on sandals :)

The stormpike leather girdle is a good fit with this set and easy to get with honor. In fact, the legs and the shoulders can easily be bought with honor points from the Warsong Gulch and Arathi Basin PVP quartermasters respectively at level 60. The Darkstorm tunic from the Hellfire Peninsula quests (for both factions) is an easy way to get the chest. As for the feet, I just use the drag master's boots from the discovery armor set. It lets the coloring on the legs show almost all the way to the bottom, because they're basically slip-ons.

In the past, people would also use the highlander's leather belt and boots from Arathi Basin PVP because they were the same modelset, although the color is off (grey instead of black and gold)

Edit: I made a list with all the items I named so you can try out the equipment set I reccommended on your character. Adding any black (or dark) cape to the set is a good way to complete it, imho.

Transmog Comment

Pieces (missing) from this set, are easily interchangeable with the 3rd level of Draenor Crafted Leather gear, Supple Armor (Recolor).
Stivali Duttili in particular making for the ideal replacement for the now unavailable Stivali della Dislocazione.

Lacking the proper items to complete the set, I used the following to make a dark ranger looking character:

Head: Maschera d'Ebano
Back: Mantello della Mareanera
Waist: Cintura dell'Omicida
Feet: Stivali dell'Omicida

Hint: If you have done this quest on your main already, just start a Demon hunter and do the quest with it.

Order of quests to do on a fresh character:

HELP FOR BELT (perhaps)

So for colour matching belts the selection is narrow due to the graphics of this set - you have the choice to mix in some newer belts but too new and they stand out too much (IMO)
Worth to keep in mind is the fact that the recolour of this set includes the as a part of that recolur set - sadly I have not yet been able to find this model with a colour matching the original Stormshroud Set.

Here are some of the belts I found to be (somewhat) fitting in colour and size - (again - in my opinion) - ((at least on my screen with my colour-settings))

- Colours match really good and the belt itself is small and narrow, the gfx/era of these pixels match- making it one of the best matches I could find!
- Although from Shadowlands XP this belt fits the colours nicely and keeps the gold/orange tint fairly close to the original set.
- This is one of the weirder belts (Legion XP go figure) but I did include it to keep options of more futuristic weapon-choices - the colours match somewhat nicely.
- For those who likes something on their belt - small pouches on each hip gives this belt that utility look - from Gorgrond quests - colours match "alright"-ish.
- Is actually from the Shadowcraft Recolour and gives some more "texture" to the belt making it stand out more than some of the other choices. Colours matches are alright here also.
- Is just a brown/tan belt that fits somewhat alright with colour and size - very plain looking belt.
- Remember the set is "born" without a belt to begin with and the set looks just fine without a belt transmog this is meant for us moggers that cant have pants on without a belt :P

Ive also found a few daggers worth mentioning when talking colour-matching:
- Colours match really well - size might be an issue for some but colour scheme I feel like its a perfect fit.
- A shorter more tan looking dagger - will look really well with different enchants depending on what colours you are trying to mix in there.
- Matching colours well and has a tusk/horn-style to it fitting well for some mog variants and races.
- An older looking dagger with a nice glow - short and pointy albeit a bit comical to some.
- A big dagger with more updated/newer gfx. Also carries a nice glow to it.
- Older looking dagger with a silver/steel coloured blade, Blood Elf vibes.
( and - Shadowland daggers with some blue in them for those wanting to match blue in eye/cape/head etc.)
