The robe (at least) is no longer obtainable, however, if you were one of the lucky folks to get it, you CAN still wear it (I.E. it wouldn't have disappeared from your inventory.)

I'm not sure about the other pieces though.

I kept my complete set, came here looking to find a belt and boots that don't clash so badly with it.

I'll keep looking and update this post as needed.

So far this is what I've found:

Stringa del Rimorso - Matches pretty decently.

Stivaletti delle Acque Impetuose - Matches pretty well too.

Perfect matching helms with this set (In my Opinion):
Bluefen Cowl or Brightwood Cowl
(both the same model and color)

Another good option is Mana-Etched Crown since the Blessed regalia is a very similar to the Mana-Etched set (particularly the shoulder). In my opinion it is a bit too pink, but it matches the stones in the shoulders.

Belt:
Brightwood Cord

Haven't found the perfect boots yet. Right now any black boots such as Netherweave Boots look OK. Will post if i find any better.

Other helmets fitting with this set are Hood of Disgrace (H) and Hood of Disgrace (A).

Mish'undare, Mitra dello Scorticatore di Menti looks pretty cool with this set.

Maschera della Nebbia Mortale - Replica and (obviously) Maschera dello Spergiuro also appear good helms to match, adding a sinister twist to the look.

I found the Calzari di Seta del Contendente to match quite well with this set... have yet to obtain a decent matching belt.

Oh, and I thought Corona Cieca di Ulmaas worked really well as a headpiece.

Personally I really like the look of Cappuccio Liberatorio with this set as a helm.

The Girdle of Glowing Light, available from the Shado-Pan Assault quartermaster, looks good with this set. The reds in the belt are dark enough to blend in with the dark tones of the robe when viewed from afar.

Additionally, the raid finder coloration of Suen-Wo, Spire of the Falling Sun looks great with the set as well.

Since the latest pvp season (14/15) the BEST matching belt for this set is Grievous Gladiator's Cord of Accuracy

It's exactly the right color, plus has the chains that match the style of the robes. I've never been able to mog this set until this belt!
