~~Despite Wowhead currently stating it's no longer available~~, this set has been re-implemented into the game with 4.3 and it's buyable with ~~honor points~~ Marks of Honor from ~~Kezzik the Striker~~ Kitzie Crankshot in Area 52.

I just went to Kezzik in Area 52 (Coor 33.2,64.2) looking for this gear and unless I am blind he does not have any of this gear ...Is there a Rep requirement .. And also if you look it up in the Wowhead DB, it shows Rogue and Unavailable... And I believe it to be Horde only

The 5 main pieces of this set will cost you 4500 Honor to obtain. In order to get the boots and belt you will need to do Sunwell and acquire the Tier 6 raid tokens.

Copy/paste from my comment on the equivalent set with a different name:

As a Druid, I went ahead and tried to find a set that was close enough to this to pass...

The head, I went with Visione Maledetta di Sargeras since it's awesome and there isn't an equivalent headpiece.
Shoulders, you can get Coprispalle dell'Oscurità from Black Temple.
Here is where it gets interesting... For the chest, I'm going to use Abbraccio del Gladiatore. It's not perfect, but the colors are close (other than that damned green spot...).
The gloves have an equivalent, Paramani della Dannazione, from Black Temple.
For the legs, I'll use the ones that match the chest: Gambiere di Proto Pelle. There is another pair off of Yogg, but these are BoE and only from Razorscale so should be much easier to acquire.

The Vindicator stuff Druids can buy, so you can still use that.

If anyone knows of a better chest/leg combo, I'd love to hear it. Good luck, hope this helps someone.

Another way of getting the belt/boots would be BT, Shadowmaster's Boots from Mother Shahraz and the Shadow-Walker's Cord from the Shade of Akama.

This 5-piece set has been put back in the game in 4.3. Accessories are available by turning in Sunwell armor tokens to Kayri at the Isle of Quel'Danas.
In 4.3, the set can be purchased for honor from Kezzik l'Assalitore:

I discovered something regarding the two pairs of boots listed here. Stivali del Maestro dell'Ombra are actually larger than Stivali di Cuoio del Vendicatore, so depending on which pair you'd like to have, you will have to go for the specific pair, rather than having two options to obtain the boots.

Just thought I'd add that in order to see the blue Vengeful set on Kezzik I had to set the filter to 'All'. It defaulted to rogue and for some reason this set did not appear in his list of wares with this filter.

As of 7.03, Kitzie Crankshot (stands in the same place that Kezzik used to - he is still there, just over a couple feet) now sells this set. The currency is now MARK OF HONOR instead of honor points, and Marks of Honor are ACCOUNT BOUND. It cost 3 for the head, chest and legs, 2 for shoulders and gloves. So you can do PVP on any other toon, send it to your rogue and buy it - if you like. Or pvp on your rogue and buy it.
The sets are separated out by very short goblins, so look over the counter. :D

It seems as of patch 7.2.5 the boot model for this set has changed to coincide with the level 110 Fanged Slayer's Armour set and the original model as seen in the screenshots is no longer obtainable. Sad to see as the original boots looked much better in my opinion!
