If you want a pair of pants that look similar but don't clip all the boots in the game, you can get Pantaloni della Congrega if you haven't done the quest.

This set uses the Black variant of the "C2 Cloth" artwork and forms a complete six-piece set of the art.

Like many old artwork sets, no art exists for the head and shoulders. While there are "Shadow Council" pieces for these, they use unrelated artwork and so aren't included here. Just pick whatever you think fits, as there are no pieces designed to match.

Note that the listed leggings use two different shapes. Pantaloni da Concilio dell'Ombra have weird bumps that make you look like you have swollen shins. So much so that it almost has to be a glitch. The rest of the pants look normal.

There are four other colours of this set in the artwork database and three are available as sets in the game. The final colour only has a few available pieces. See:

Blue: Shadow Council Regalia (Recolor)
Red: Shadow Council Regalia (Recolor)
Purple: Shadow Council Regalia (Recolor)
Green: only belt, leggings and boots: Fusciacca delle Orme del Deserto and Fascia Fine (both faction quest rewards), Pantaloni da Giardiniere and Pantaloni di Sangue Verde (both faction quest rewards), Stivali dell'Incanto Ragionato (also some additional quest reward sources)

Guanti Intrecciati d'Oscuro For if you're going for a flared sleeve look.
Coprispalle da Concilio dell'Ombra does work well for the shoulders.
Bastone del Fuocomagico Costretto is the staff I use.
Cappello dei Teschio Ridente can make a nice hat.
Cappa di Metallo Nero is by far my favorite cloak for this set.

The boots was a bit hard to get, so I used Spider Silk Slippers insted, think it works fine
