This set uses the Red variant of the "Raid Priest F" artwork. It comprises the Priest Arena Season 3 set, which uses the same artwork style as (but a different colour to) the Priest Tier 6 set. Combined with the unlisted bracers (see below) it forms a complete eight-piece set of the art.

Though not listed here, the wrists that match the colour and artwork of this set are: Polsiere di Telaluna del Vendicatore. They'd probably be hidden, anyway.

Originally the boots didn't match the set artwork, but this has been fixed. Not that it matters terribly as they're mostly hidden by the robe.

There are three other colour variants of this artwork and two are available in the game. See:

Blue: Absolution Regalia
White (officially "Orange"): Absolution Regalia (Recolor)

The final colour is black with white sections on the skirt (officially "White"), but it's unavailable.

This 5-piece set has been put back in the game in 4.3. Accessories are available by turning in Sunwell armor tokens to Kayri at the Isle of Quel'Danas.
In 4.3, the set can be purchased for honor from Kezzik l'Assalitore:
