Easily obtainable, simply go to Primo Sergente Hola'mahi (for Horde) or Sergente Maggiore Clate (for alliance). It'll approximately cost you 1500 honor points for the full set but is definitely worthwhile for any pally. Happy transmoging :)

yeah this is definitely going to be added on my human paladin.

heres some extra items ill be adding Stormpike Battle Tabard item=19032

and heres the two hander sword Cataclysm's Edge item=30902

and many cloaks are being used with this set personally a sun well cape such as Crimson Paragon's Cover which will separate the golds with a nice crimson touch to it. Cloak of the Illidari Council is another crimson cloak which can be ad viable in purple and green schemes. or even the vicious cloaks look nice.

This set uses the Blue version of the Sunwell Plate artwork. Together with the unlisted bracers (see below) it forms the complete eight-piece Paladin Arena Season 4 set. Sunwell Paladin Armour (Recolor) is a set duplicate of this page.

The unlisted bracers for this artwork and colour do exist, as Dryden noted: Bracciali Lamellari del Guardiano, Bracciali Adornati del Guardiano and Bracciali di Scaglie del Guardiano.

There are three other colours of this artwork, all available in the game but not necessarily to all plate-wearing classes:

Blue-black (officially "Dark"): Brutal Gladiator's Battlegear (Warrior-only)
Buff/gold (officially "White"): Sunwell Paladin Armor (Paladin-only)

I found that Verga del Re del Sole is a One-Hand Mace that fits pretty well to this set, atleast on my Blood Elf Female Paladin. The only thing that might be not "good-looking" on it, is the little purple lightning on the top of the mace, but it should be easily coverable by any weapon enchantment.

The Mantello Folle Cenariano is perhaps one of the best capes for this set, it goes extremely well if you are alliance.

Looking for alternative, non bulky and pixelated boots? Stivali a Decompressione Esplosiva seems to match this set. There are many items that use that model that are available , but they all come from vashjyr, which suffers from the Cataclysm zone quest-on-rails system. So you need to do reach the 2nd or 3rd area down the quest chain to get the boots.

if you've done vashjyr before, you're out of luck. However if you didn't go as far as "bio fuel" or "full circle", you still have atleast one more quest left that rewards this item.

My Transmog options:

Shield: Difesa della Concentrazione Assorta di Antonidas is a great option for this set. Gold, detailed skull with green eyes. Goes great with the gold on the armor and the green glow on the shoulder and helm.

Shield: Scudo del Crociato is a plainer option. Round shield, blue and gold matching the armor colors.

1H Sword: Guardia Pietrosa gold with green lining. Matches the first shield perfectly.

1H Mace: Giustizia della Luce gold with green glow, matches well, but it has a very glossy finish to it in game, so I still prefer the sword overall.

Cloak: Mantello del Braccatore. Green with a gold outline. Goes well with sword and shield.

Just tried the Mantello dell'Ira Incendiaria as an option and found that it fits perfectly. The gold and blue are just the right color making this cloak the best choice for this set. Only 4 expansions later :-)
