The core pieces of this set (chest, pants, bracers and belt) use the Green variant of the "A5 Robe" artwork. Combined with the boots of the same artwork (see below) they form a complete five-piece set of the art.

The head, shoulders, boots and gloves all use unrelated artwork. In fact, artwork doesn't exist in the A5 Robe set for anything else but the shoes, which look like sandals. They are available in the game on one item, Zoccoli del Kurken, which is a quest reward on Azuremyst Isle and so severely limited in availability. If you're curious, the entire set of matching art would look like this.

There's also a robe version, Tonaca da Novizio, which is the starting robe for Night Elf Druids. It's not bound and can be traded, but it's also common quality and so not currently moggable.

There are four other colours of this set in the artwork database and three have at least a robe available for transmog. However none have many accessory pieces available. Also, no other colours have a shirt-and-pants version like this set. See:

Purple: just robes: Tonaca del Consorzio, Tonaca del Solstizio and Tonaca dell'Apprendista Caduto
Blue: no transmoggable pieces. As far as I can tell there's just some common quality sandals: Grancalzari a Punto Croce. The robe, it was available, would have an indigo blue jacket, with teal cloth underneath, a bottle green skirt and silver-grey edging. The leaves would be a vivid medium green

One of the rare instances where the gloves don't engulf the bracers. I didn't realize this at once because I was wearing a green shirt and it covered them up. The model figure above shows what I mean.
