Alternates for waist and feet?

Veteran's Dreadweave Belt and Veteran's Dreadweave Stalkers are good alternates. Another fun belt that will look decently with this set is Sash of Serpentra, which I've always liked, but not the rest of the set it goes with.

Actually, I've found that both Calzari Foderati di Seta del Vendicatore & Cintura di Seta del Vendicatore work best with this set :-)

I got Xintor's Expeditionary Boots to match the purple accents of this set. Since the robes cover the 3D part of the boots, the purple toe of the boots is the only thing you see.
It's available for a measly 417 Justice Points from the quartermasters in Dalaran.

This 5-piece set is currently only sold by Karynna at the Isle of Quel'Danas.
Players can turn in armor tokens from tier 4 PvE bosses. This armor token will turn into the corresponding PvP item.
In 4.3, the set can be purchased for honor from Kezzik l'Assalitore:
Helm: 0
Shoulders: 0
Chest: 0
Gloves: 0
Legs: 0

Matching accessories are not available.

On the WoD-beta-server, both GIRDLE and BOOTS for the S1-sets are once again available: They can be purchased in Area 52 from Kezzik the Striker for honor-points. Prices are rather high at the moment: Both pieces cost 2285 points each. (Probably requires a lot of PvP since justice-points will be eliminated in WoD and therefore the option of exchanging them into honor-points will be missing.)

I guess that means that the full season 1-sets are back in buisness very soon! (Checked it with different classes. All had access to boots and belts. It should be noted though that sometimes the items have the T4-look instead of S1. Hunter has the exact S1-match while warlock gets another T4-option.) Could not find another vendor. On Quel'Danas, where breast, head, legs, hands and shoulders are sold for T4-tokens, there are no belts and shoes available. None in Stormwind and Gadgetzan either.
