Good news everyone! In mop this will be available by using the black market AH, along with other tier 3 sets! Get your gold farming ready though, I'm pretty sure other people on your server will want this.

I can confirm that at least Tiara del Cuore Infetto is purchasable from the Black Market Auction House; it was just posted on my realm starting at 10,000 gold.

I assume the rest of the set will also be attainable this way, though probably will be very difficult due to price, competition, and RNG.

All these Items are purchasable off The Black Market Auction House in Veiled Stair.

I have seen the waist, boots, hands, wrist, starting at 10k.

The Legs, head, chest are at 20k.

The shoulders may also be started at 20k, but when I checked it was at 28k bid

The same prices likely apply for the other Tier 3 sets on The Black Market Auction House.

People who're trying to buy this set from the BMAH for transmog purpose: do not buy the gloves. Get Guanti del Morto instead, it's a visual match.

For those of you lucky enough to own this set and want an offhand to compliment it, I've found the Raid Finder version of the Tornado-Summoning Censer has a color scheme that matches the original Plagueheart set rather nicely.

(The trouble is getting your hands on one!)

On my server the chest starts at 10k. It didn't sell the first time and right now its back up for a second run. I'm curious, since these Tier 3 pieces are up on BMAH for (i'm assuming) transmog purposes, do the class requirements still apply. Has anyone bought these pieces for a priest or mage? The tooltip states Tier 3 , Warlock set but it isn't in RED when i look at the listing while logged onto my priest. Which makes me think it would be equipable. Thanks for any replies ^.^

I've encountered this before, and I want to make this statement:
DON'T get this set on a user who can't transmog it if you're getting it for Legion (ie Warrior, Paladin, etc.)
Although you can equip it, it WILL NOT count towards your transmog collection. It MUST be on a Mage, Warlock, or Priest. ~~I can't find the tweets confirming this, but it's just how to transmog system is so far.~~ CONFIRMED. This could change in the future.
I want to note this, as I'm currently gathering the Dreamwalker set on my monk. I saw a warrior grabbing the Frostfire set.
If this doesn't turn out to be true, I'd rather be safe than sorry and lacking a lot of gold and vendoring transmog I can't use.

I am surprised nobody has mentioned this, but this whole set seems to be based off the Lovecraftian being known as Hastur.

He is described as 'The King in Yellow' because he wears yellow robes, and is also C'thulu's half-brother.

I think it is safe to say the yellow coloring of this set combined with the tentacles from the shoulder pads and possibly also on the texture of the robe are heavily inspired by Hastur
