This set (aside from the pants) uses the Purple/olive (officially "Purple") variant of the Ahn'Qiraj Cloth artwork and is the AQ set for Warlocks. It forms six pieces of an eight-piece set of the art. Only the belt and pants are missing.

There currently isn't a belt in the game that uses the same artwork and colour as this set. If it existed it'd look like Fascia del Dio Antico but in the same olive-greenish-brownish hue as the skirts.

The leggings for this set also don't use the AQ artwork. But since they're hidden and they're pretty close in colour anyway it shouldn't matter too much.

There are two other colours of this artwork in the database and both are available as sets in the game. Both are specific to other cloth-wearing classes, see:

Blue: Enigma Vestments (Mages only)
Green/red (officially "Green"): Garments of the Oracle (Priests only)

Doomcaller's Handwraps is the name for the hands that are actually a part of the set. However, it is labeled as a placeholder and is not available to players. (It's also listed as added in Patch 4.0.1.) The hands Wowhead lists may not be part of the set, but the artwork does match. I wish the handwraps were available because they use the minimal-style model (think mittens), whereas Guanti Lunghi della Tempesta Oscura' style covers up to the elbow.

For transmogrification, Cappa Stridente goes great with this set.

Edit: Mantello Lungo di Sangueacre matches also (for those who have yet to do the quest).

I chose Elementalist Belt, Static-Collecting Cloak, and Polished Staff to complete my transmog of this set.

UPDATE: I am now using the following non-set pieces for this transmog:

If you have problems getting matching hands from C'thun, like myself, then you can use Runecloth Gloves instead. Easy to obtain, every tailor can make it and it has similar color combination as the whole set.

I also use Regal Sash and Sulfur Stave with this set.

I personally find Cintura di Salice to be a great match. I'm kind of obsessive with transmog items looking complete and while the Bonecaster's Belt listed might be better for some, the Willow Belt is much more common and as I said fits better for me.

Doomcaller's Attire is the Warlock Tier 2.5 Set which is obtainable via drops from the Level 60 raid instance Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, as well as quests related to the same instance.

Fascione della Crescita is the belt I'm using. It's easy to get, the colors are close and its simple style doesn't compete with the rest of the set.

What reputation do you have to have for Doomcaller's Attire pieces to drop? Mine is still Hated. Is it still possible to farm the rep for this?

How to get these?

Fly to Silithus (flight point might be gone due to phasing in Patch 7.3). If you want to restore it, speak to Zidormi or Rhonormu or (/way 78.8 21.8 Zidormi or /way Silithus 33.4 80.8 Rhonormu)

Entrance to Ahn'Qiraj is at the south's end of the road in Silithus. The road splits in front of the summon stone. Take the path to your right and follow the stairs (/way 47.2 7.9 Raid Entrance)

You'll need reputation at Stirpe di Nozdormu (but just til honored) and items to turn in the following quests, so kill every mob you meet. Keep items like Fregio dei Signori Qiraji, Scarabeo di Bronzo, Idolo della Morte and boss drops like Diadema di Vek'lor.

Defeat the first boss, enter the temple and take the way on your left. There are Andorgos, Vethsera and Kandrostrasz waiting for you. Speak to Kandrostrasz, accept and turn in Campione mortale.
After that, new quests appear (these are the ones for Paladins, they might need different items for other classes):

You'll need reputation and the random drops mentioned above to finish these quests.
Sometimes you may find Grande Forziere dello Scarabeos which can contain some of these quest items. You need Chiave del Forziere dello Scarabeo Superiore to open them.
Take care of your bag space.

Kandrostrasz offers the repeatable quest Campione mortale. Wait to turn in your Fregio dei Signori Qirajis until you are 2999/3000 Neutral by killing trash and bosses. After that, gaining reputation becomes harder (no more trash rep).
