The helm used to drop from Onyxia back at lvl 60 but when Blizzard revamped the encounter for level 80s, the helm was moved to Nefarian's loot table. However, the helm dropping from Onyxia does have the same coloring than the actual T2 helm, so if a person just wishes to complete the full looks, they can get the respective helm from 10 or 25 man Onyxia as well.

Does anyone know where to find the original version of this (meaning like shadowcraft but red). I know you can get the shoulders from Majordomo Executus in Molten core, but i don't know where to find any other pieces. If anyone knows where some of the other pieces can be found that would be great. I'm trying to remake the original t2 before they changed it. Thanks!

Mantello delle Lame Rotanti is the matching cloak for this set, to all those who came here looking, here it is.

It drops from Kael'thas Solealto in Heroic: Magister's Terrace with a drop rate of about 5%, so you -may- be running it awhile trying to get it - but hey, you can always run trying to get Zampalesta Bianco, or the non-combat pet, Cucciolo di Fenice too.

If anyone is looking for daggers that work well with this set, I found that Twilight Mist (and also Blood Weeper, as they share the same model) match fairly well. Not exactly red, but I couldn't find anything else besides Perdition's Blade and Dragonfang Blade.
Sorry for lack of links. I don't exactly know how to comment yet and I'm too stubborn to go read about it :P

There are three full recolors with slight model variations:

The blue recolor drops from Outland 5 mans. However, the boots are boxier than normal Bloodfang.
The brown recolor from agility epics drops from BC raiding encounters. Both the boots and gloves are boxier than normal Bloodfang.
The brown recolor from intellect epics drops from BC raiding encounters. The gloves are skinnier than normal Bloodfang.

There's also a pair of black/purple shoulders: Coprispalle dell'Abbraccio delle Ombre. Incidentally, this item doesn't look half bad with the Outland Shadowcraft Armor recolor.

The shirt to go with this set is Camicia del Segaossa.
~~Sadly, with the revamp on Scholomance, it is no longer obtainable~~. Edit: as of 10.1.5 you can get this in classic Scholomance after completing Ricordo di Scholomance!

As far weapons go, Lama Notturna, Lamavespro, Lama del Crepuscolo or Lama Crepuscolare is the weapon to go for.
All of these weapons drops from lockboxes available at each level tier (70/80/85/90), and share the same look/itemization.
The glow on these also override any enchants!

If you want to use a cloak with this set, I would suggest getting Mantello da Guerra del Cavaliere del Sangue for 50 gold.
It is one of the only two cloaks that match this set perfectly, the other one beeing Mantello delle Lame Rotanti from Kael'thas Solealto in Heroic: Magisters' Terrace.

Personally I went with Visione Maledetta di Sargeras for the headpiece instead of Cappuccio degli Zannacremisi, just because I prefer that look.

I don't know about daggers (other than Lama Notturna which are usually extremely expensive due to being such a rare drop).

A sword I've found that goes REALLY well with the Bloodfang set is Guardianera - it has the same colour as the set and if you really want it to stand out, use Aggressione Minore on it (a slight red glow).

The Blackguard can be made by level 300 blacksmithing, however they'll need to be exalted with the Thorium Brotherhood (rep grind from Molten Core items and quests) to craft it. The pattern is brought from the vendor in Blackrock Depths, Lokhtos Pattoscuro.

The materials are also from MC. At 85 you can easily solo it, I persuaded my friend to do the rep grind and we were finished in 2-3 hours at most.

As for a shirt that matches the set, I've found that the Tailor crafted Camicia di Seta Nera matches and covers the annoying gaps between the gloves and chest piece on the arms.

Alternative headpieces you can also use (if you don't want to use the full cover helm) are:
Benda per Occhio dello Spadaccino - Red eye patch
Bandana Imponente - Bandana
Bandana dell'Avventuriero - Bandana

I see a lot of you are looking for matching daggers and shirts for this awesome set!

After a long consideration I found my perfect match.

Dagger which I use x2 - Squartaviscere Truculento

and the shirt is covering the area really good! - Camicia Marziale Arancione

I also use the cloak - Mantello da Guerra del Cavaliere del Sangue which can be bought for mere 130 Justice Points from G'eras in Shattrath City. A lot easier than to farm Magister's Terrace for the same-looking cloak Mantello delle Lame Rotanti

Can anyone tell me if http://www.wowhead.com/item=34190#same-model-as is the same shade of red and black as http://www.wowhead.com/item=45704#screenshots both seem to match the set pretty well but a darker shade of red would match it up better. Also i didn't see anyone mention this dagger unless i missed it http://www.wowhead.com/item=30865#screenshots

A good easy pair of daggers to match with this set are Lama Cerimoniale dei Fortemaglio.

If you don't like the bare arms, then the very best shirt to add is the Doppiopetto Filigranato d'Ebano, bought from Karandonna in Dalaran. The colour of its sleeves matches perfectly with the greyish shades of the Bloodfang set (and also of the Mantello da Guerra del Cavaliere del Sangue, if you're using it).

To give you a visual, here I've got the set that I'm using with my Dwarf. It's the entire Bloodfang set, the bare arms covered with the Doppiopetto Filigranato d'Ebano, using Lama Notturna as weapons, and the Mantello da Guerra del Cavaliere del Sangue as finishing touch. :)

Trying to make a classic set on my rogue. I have some thoughts on the weapons and cloak.

Personally, if you want to go the traditional route, for swords I would pick Maladath, Lama Runica dello Stormo Nero and Spada Temprata Cromatica.
For daggers I would choose Lama della Zanna di Drago, Lama della Perdizione, or Dente di Segugio del Nucleo
For axes, definitely Lama della Condanna and Crul'shorukh, Lama del Caos
And for cloak probably Mantello di Piragon.

Frankly, I understand that some people would prefer to use newer items as they may match better, but having played through vanilla I find the old school items to look nicer. If nothing else, the nostalgia value does it for me.

If anyone is interested in an add-on that matches this set, there is an art work for your bars called Sunn. It has several plug ins with different themes and art pack 6 has one that suits this set very well.

I've been using Heartrazor, and the Phoenix Claw fist weapon from TK. For Mut, I think I might use Fear and Vengeance, as I like the look of them. And they're a matched set.

All depends on taste, I suppose, but I've been doing with what I like. I've gotten a few compliments on my fist weapons though!

Saved the entire set in my bank since Vanilla b/c it was the coolest looking armor IMHO for Rogues.

Ever since transmog came out, I have been transmogging every piece of armor I get since them to the full set.

In addition to the full set, I'm also sporting:

Blood Knight War Cloak

I'm Combat, so I've got my 2 maces transmogged to Spiteblade - mainly b/c they sheathe on your back.

Occasionally since Mists came out, I have been using Replica Shado-Pan Helmet

Love this set as a whole...and except maybe T15, I haven't seen a set since as a whole that has hooked me as much as this set. :D

For a helm piece with this set, I'd go with Occhiali da Volo di Mimiron. They are an excellent piece and look like engineering goggles, but its just my opinion.

Anybody else see a resemblance to Matheal's Armor in Diablo III: Reaper of Souls. Especially in some of the artwork where he's not wearing the long robe.

As Ragnaros has been hoarding the pants to this set for some time now without being willing to share, I wanted to see if anyone had suggestions for other pants that worked well with the loadout. I have pretty much all of the other pieces (except for the head, but I'm still iffy on whether I'll use it or not) and just want to be able to do a full transmog all at once. Thoughts?

If anyone's looking for a sword to match with this, I highly suggest Lama Annerita It's a huge sword and it is black/red and highly matches with this set.
Cloak I used was Mantello da Guerra del Cavaliere del Sangue since you can buy it from a vendor in Shattrah City.
I'm still looking for a tabard that matches with this set though.

Mannaia del Grunt Works really well this set if you're Outlaw and still want to match the color coordination. Now we just need a deep dark Black enchant to be added.
