If you are looking for a matching cloak, try Mantello d'Ombra di Dalaran. Cappa delle Tre Lanterne (or Drappo dell'Ammasso di Nuvole) looks quite nice, too.

The heroic weaponry from Bastion of Twilight works well with the sickly purple glow of the heroic mercurial set. A staff equivalent that functions well is Bastone della Guarigione Oscura di Chelley, which is a rare drop within the zone that the npcs also use.

This set looks amazingly well on slender races with blue or purple skin tones.

Here are a few one-hands that go well with this set:
plundered trident barb,
gemmed wand of the nerubians,
court dagger of sentencing,
dagger of blazing radiance (colours are a perfect match but the style is a bit too "wild" for the theme of this armor)
rod of imprisoned soul (colours are not a 100% match, but the theme is. Alliance ONLY)
ledger of revolting rituals

Also a matching mount would be regal riding crane.
