Head, Shoulder, Chest, Legs, and Gloves can be bought from Tydormu using the various token dropped by bosses.

Head Token: Dropped by Archimonde.
Shoulder Token: Dropped by Mother Shahraz.
Chest Token: Dropped by Illidan Stormrage.
Leg Token: Dropped by Gathios the Shatterer, Lady Malande, and Veras Darkshadow.
Gloves Token: Dropped by Azgalor

But the Feet, Waist, and Wrist in this transmog set drop from various bosses but dont need a token.

Belt: Dropped by High Nethermancer Zerevor.
Feet: Dropped by Anetheron.
Wrist: Dropped by Shade of Akama.

This set uses the "Blue" variant of the "Priest Raid F" artwork. It is composed of six pieces of the Priest Tier 6 set and boots, bracers and belt from other sources (as with all Tier 6 sets, the official boots, bracers and belts actually match the Sunwell sets and not the rest of the Tier 6 artwork). It forms a complete eight-piece set of the art.

There are three other colour variants of this artwork and two are available in the game. See:

White (officially "Orange"): Absolution Regalia (Recolor)
Red: Vengeful Gladiator's Investiture

The final colour is black with white sections on the skirt (officially "White"), but it's unavailable.

Don't forget that replica gear is BoE, so you can trade it on the AH or collect it with your alts to get a full transmog set much quicker.

It doesn't say this in the list, but Fascia di Angelista also matches the set. It's the same belt as Cintura della Guida Divina.

Cintura del Ghiottone from Uovo avvistato mezzo mangiato also works pretty well for a belt. Really easy quest if you don't mind just flying over to Winterspring and running around for about 5 minutes to get the quest items.

After wearing the frozen shadoweave set with Cappuccio Incantato da Battaglia for months and months, I somehow ended up with all but the hands of this set. Honestly, I had always wanted T5, and never gave this set much thought. However, once I got the head, which is AMAZING, I transmogged it instantly. Until I get the hands, I'm using Guanti di Stoffardente Malvagi. The purple blends pretty nicely, and the bracers are so pretty that you don't notice the gloves much. (Plus, I'm an s-priest.)

And as mentioned by Jarlovis, I am also using Femore Inciso di Gargoyle, because it's one of my favorite old staves and it just looks terrific with this set.

If you need a nice matching off hand for this set, I'd suggest Compagnia Divina. It's colours and style match neatly.

A really good matching staff for this set I've found is Bastone dell'Incubo Bianco, obtainable from the frostwolves quatermaster in hillsbrad foothills. The colour scheme matches quite well and it is a priest staff after all. For an undead toon Mantello di Sepulcra and Insegna di Sepulcra also match very nicely with the colour and theme. For my toon I also went after the title , I felt it matched with the theme and feel I was going for. Also for those lucky enough as I was to have Illidan not drop the chest token I found Vesti di Arugal matches up well enough till reset and I can go back to Black Temple for the tier chest token.

Fascia del Draco Corrucciato is the best belt for this set. The artwork actually matches up with the details of the robe. You can buy it from the Wyrmrest Accord vendor in dragonblight.

The head+shoulders in the screenshot definitely glow stronger than those equipped on my Priest.

As an aside, I find the Alliance's Insegna della Conquista to be a fairly close match for this set, especially if you are using the Cintura dell'Assoluzione instead of the Belt of Divine Guidance. The Tabard is a bit more colorful than the rest of the set, but the light blue on the Tabard resembles the light blue at the bottom of the robe.

Another option for gloves/bracers to add to this robe includes Rivantas' Silk Gloves and Wristwraps of the Grieving Prophet. It makes the robe sleeves look like renaissance-style dresses where they end in points at the finger, and the coloration blends very nicely.
