It appears that this set, along with other t3, might be making a comeback on the Black Market Auction House, sold by various npc's. Various items of this tier are available for purchase on the beta now.
I hope that these items make it to live in the auctions. Would be a great way to re-intoduce the old tier3.

Edit: They are available off the Black Market Auction House at random, and as Ziarre said, are no longer class-bound. (still soulbound when you take them out of the mailbox, so bid on the right character!) Cloth-wearing casters rejoice!

Does anyone know of an addon, similar to Auctioneer maybe, that can notify you, based on a submitted wish list, when the item being searched for, pops up in the BMAH?

If you are looking for a matching cloak, check out craftable Manaweave Cloak.

Alternatively (assuming you haven't already completed the quest and vendored it) you could use Cloak of Sanity, a quest reward from a low level Duskwood quest. It has roughly the same colors, but it's too short for my taste.

I've been looking to buy this set off of the BMAH, but so far I've only gotten the belt. The other pieces just don't seem to go on there. It's been about 3 weeks so far. Anyone else remember how long it took them to complete this set?

I just wanted to add some stuff that could help you guys.
Tiara della Fede degli Eroi and Corona della Fede del Valore drop from Naxxramas 10 or 25 and look equal than the head so if you are a priest, you don't need to buy the headpiece. I didn't want to spend +10k on gloves so I'm wearing Guanti del Dilettante Esiliato, these are perfect because they will hide under the robe, they are cheap and can be easily found on the AH.
If you have been waiting too long for this to appear in the BMAH and still not showing, these shoulders Paraspalle della Luce and this belt Fascione della Luce are good options to mix with the robe (not available anymore since 6.0).
This belt Cinturone della Nobiltà it's another great alternative, drops from Lord Overheat in The Stockade.
Stivali dei Saggi are fine and they are part of the same artwork than Guanti dei Saggi which can be used with this set too (not the best option though but it works).
The models of Stivali di Stoffa della Barbarie, Stivali di Stoffapietra and Cavigliere da Archeologo (and their recolors) don't cover the feet so you can use them but there will be a narrow line of colour between the robe and the foot anyway.
Bracers are hidden but just in case... Polsiere Foderate del Muschio Sotterraneo I found matching bracers, for some reason they aren't listed in here.

I've encountered this before, and I want to make this statement:
DON'T get this set on a user who can't transmog it if you're getting it for Legion (ie Warrior, Paladin, etc.)
Although you can equip it, it WILL NOT count towards your transmog collection. It MUST be on a Mage, Warlock, or Priest. ~~I can't find the tweets confirming this, but it's just how to transmog system is so far.~~ CONFIRMED. This could change in the future.
I want to note this, as I'm currently gathering the Dreamwalker set on my monk. I saw a warrior grabbing the Frostfire set.
If this doesn't turn out to be true, I'd rather be safe than sorry and lacking a lot of gold and vendoring transmog I can't use.

This is the only set I'm going to regret not getting, mainly because ever time I look on BMAH the pieces are all ready at gold cap :(

Did anybody notice the glimmer around this set's shoulders (the angel-like wings when seen from the front) has gotten fainter with 7.2, or is it me going insane?
