Here is a list of all the items you need, the ones that need tokens and the ones that do not.

Pieces that require tier tokens:

Head: Elmo dell'Eroe Caduto ---> Prince Malchezaar (Karazhan)
Shoulders: Paraspalle dell'Eroe Caduto ---> High King Maulgar (Gruul's Lair)
Chest: Corazza Foderata dell'Eroe Caduto ---> Magtheridon (Magtheridon's Lair)
Legs: Gambiere dell'Eroe Caduto ---> Gruul the Dragonkiller (Gruul's Lair)
Hands: Guanti dell'Eroe Caduto ---> The Curator (Karazhan)

To trade your tokens for the set pieces you should travel to Shattrath and talk to Asuur (if you have reputation with the Aldor) or to Arodis Lamasole (if you have reputation with The Scryers)

Pieces that do not require tokens:

Waist: Cinturone Scheggia Fatua ---> Moroes (Karazhan)
Wrist: Polsiere dell'Araldo ---> Attumen the Hunstman (Karazhan)
Feet: Stivali della Predizione ---> Maiden of Virtue (Karazhan)

As you can see most of the parts can be obtained from Karazhan and Gruul's Lair, except the Chest piece that is obtained from Magtheridon.

Boots of Incantations, available from Smith Hauthaa on the Isle of Quel'danas, also match the Aldor Regalia look and cost only 390 Justice Points for those who are unwilling or unable to get the aforementioned Boots of Foretelling from Maiden of Virtue in Karazhan.

I play a Draenei Mage, and this combination suits my character perfectly.

Aldor Regalia is Draenic
Apostle of Argus drops from Archimonde, both being from Argus (the planet the Draenei originate from).
I use the Naaru-Blessed Life Rod as my wand.

Everything shares the same base material and matches.

As a draenei this set looks awsome, it has about the same color blue as my skin and the helmet is open, revealing my blue head.

The cloak that would fit best is Mantello Folle Cenariano but if you don't have acces to it anymore like me a white cloak will look fine too. Mantello della Vivificazione or the must easier acquireable Manto della Speranza di Kharmaa

As a staff i've got Bastone da Battaglia del Gladiatore Malvagio, it fits really well with the colors but it's no longer available. Any simple blueish staff should do though, The legendary staff fits in perfectly too!

See, here's the problem: the Aldor are a bunch of priests and paladins who worship the Light. Wouldn't it make more sense for this to be Scryer Regalia, since the Scryers have more mages?

Bastone Torrenziale del Gran Magistro goes really well with this set, its currently what i use.

I think that the Intensity would match this set very well. The Colors on Intensity are the same Blue/bronze with match just perfectly with the full set.

For a 1h sword Silent Crusader matches the set perfectly and Tears of Heaven adds a tad of RP value if your an alchemist

TRANSMOGRIFICATION WEAPONS

If you're looking for some matching 1h Swords:

Fendicarne Troll, Incisore della Tundra - large, gold, plain bulky and thick swords.
Lama Fantasma - medium, crystal looking, see-through.
Lama Incantata di Saronite - medium, plain, silver blade with a blue glow (overrides enchants).
Zanna del Leviatano - medium, crystal like, spiked - suggested by Sherokiel.
Crociato Silente - large, crystal like, guitar-shaped - suggested by Hennerz97.
Tempesta di Grandine - description pending - suggested by hexpus.

If you're looking for some matching 1h Maces: Mages cannot wield maces; however, I've added this just in case someone with a similar-looking mog is hunting for matching weapons.

Martello di Pietraura Devoto - silver mace, blue handle, white fire effect.

If you're looking for some matching Offhands:

Verga del Geomante - looks like a staff, gold/blue with a gold star at the tip, hidden when sheathed.

On my gnome the collar doesn't look flattering; in fact, it makes her look shorter. While the Scintillating Headdress of Second Sight is not a perfect match, it does have some white and blue in it. It also gives a touch of height if you're looking for that.

I'm going to go on the record and say the Fascione della Malizia Scatenata (Mythic only) is a better match for this set than the "official" one is... it matches color-wise perfectly, and is just a much cooler looking belt... of course, as-of WoD, this is either a difficult or expensive belt to get your hands on (it does come in BoE flavor), but it may be easier/cheaper to farm come Legion, and I do think its better than the official belt.
