The helm used to drop from Onyxia back at lvl 60 but when Blizzard revamped the encounter for level 80s, the helm was moved to Nefarian's loot table. However, the helm dropping from Onyxia does have the same coloring than the actual T2 helm, so if a person just wishes to complete the full looks, they can get the respective helm from 10 or 25 man Onyxia as well.

This set uses the standard purple version of the "Hunter Raid B" artwork and forms the complete eight-piece Hunter Tier 2 set.

There are three other colours of this set in the artwork database. Two are available as sets (one complete and one with five pieces) and the third just as a few pieces. See:

Green-and-maroon (officially "Outland Green"): Dragon Stalker Armor (Recolor).
Dark purple (officially "Outland Dark Purple"): Dragonstalker Armor (Recolor). Sadly the head, hands and feet are missing.
Red (officially "Outland Red"): just two helms, one pair of gloves and a belt. See this link for appearance and list of pieces.

All are the same color. Not confusing at all.

(Back in vanilla the set helm dropped from the 60 Onyxia, but when they upgraded her to 80 they moved the set helm to Nefarian, if you're wondering how this happened.)

I actually found out, that one of the best cloaks for this set is Mantello del Gran Consigliere. I really like it with, I think it matches the Dragonstalker set perfectly.

I personally recommend Huhuran's Stinger for this set, it matches very well with it's dragonlike quality

If you're having bad luck with the droprate from Ragnaros for the legs, you can use Slime-Coated Leggings as a temporary replacement. It's not a perfect match, but better than anything else I've seen.
