Dreamwalker (Tier 3) is only available in game through the black market auction house. The starting bid for each item is 10k and the items do not have a class restriction, so rogues/monks/demon hunters can acquire/xmog this appearance.

It used to be obtained in old Naxxaramas witch got removed when the content patch for Wrath of the Lich King (3.0.2) came out.

You may want to look up the 25-man version of the Tier 7 set: Valorous Dreamwalker Battlegear, witch is very similar.
Alternatively you can look up Heroes' Dreamwalker Battlegear witch is the 10-man version of Tier 7, has the same model, but different color.

This will now be obtainable (along with the other Tier 3 sets) with the Mists of Pandaria expansion pack through the Black Market Auction House. Each set will no longer have a class restriction.

I got enough pieces from this set from the BMAH to mog it on my rogue, but I can't seem to find a cloak to look good on this set.
Does anyone have any suggestion?

For matching cloaks ideas:

Mantello dell'Ibernazione / Cappa degli Aracnidi / Cappa del Manto Velenoso. They're all the same model and color, and while the green isn't a 100% match, the blue border is perfect with the light coming off the shoulders of the set.
Mantello delle Conchiglie Sussurranti looks like the best match if you want to go all blue.
Mantello del Permagelo keeps the aqua blue, and the gold filigree is a really nice match if you don't mind the added royal blue.
Mantello della Pacificazione di Pepe for something completely different but interesting.
Drappo della Chirurgia / Mantello dei Creatori / Ombra del Ghoul also an interesting option.

I've encountered this before, and I want to make this statement:
DON'T get this set on a user who can't transmog it if you're getting it for Legion (ie Warrior, Paladin, etc.)
Although you can equip it, it WILL NOT count towards your transmog collection. It MUST be on a Monk, Rogue, Druid, or Demon Hunter. ~~I can't find the tweets confirming this, but it's just how to transmog system is so far.~~ CONFIRMED. This could change in the future.
I want to note this, as I'm currently gathering this set on my monk. I saw a warrior grabbing the Frostfire set for Mages.
If this doesn't turn out to be true, I'd rather be safe than sorry and lacking a lot of gold and vendoring transmog I can't use.
