This set (aside from the belt) uses the psychedelic green-pink (officially "Green") variant of the Ahn'Qiraj Leather artwork and is the AQ set for Druids. It constitutes six pieces of an eight-piece set of the art.

The belt, Cintura Rigenerativa di Vek'nilash, is actually a mismatch. It's from the same artwork, but uses the "Yellow" (yellow and bright blue) colour. Unfortunately the correctly matching belt isn't available in the game. If it did it'd be green with pink markings to match the rest of the set.

The bracers are also sadly missing. Bracers of the Fallen Son are the correct appearance but were never added to the game. It's no biggie as they'd most likely be hidden anyway.

There are three other colours of this artwork in the database, but only one other is available as a mostly-complete set:

Indigo / faded yellow (no official colour code): Deathdealer's Embrace (Rogues only)

There are a few other pieces in the yellow and blue versions of this set, but not enough to be significant. Click on the links to see the appearance and lists of pieces:

Cintura Spessa di Pelle Qiraji seems to be an exact visual match to Cintura Rigenerativa di Vek'nilash and is from a soloable boss earlier in the dungeon.

The jagged appearance of Bastone del Dominio makes it a perfect match for the Genesis Raiment

As a polearm i'd use Barbiglio del Razziatore delle Sabbie. It looks pretty cool and has that "old times" gear look.
As a staff i prefer Spira dei Sogni Avvizziti. Looks really druidic, has green and small red parts which match this set's colors pretty good.
As a dagger - Squartatore di Smeraldo.

For those looking for the cloak to match this set, I recommend the Cloak of the Golden Hive. It gives the faded yellow a little burst of color, and looks dazzling.

The cloak drops from Princess Huhuran in AQ40.

I'm not really into the helms look. I like it with Cogspinner Goggles . As for a weapon, I think Mallet of the Tides looks pretty nice with it :)

Shame they never finished matching non-tier pieces to that bright blue or the yellow for us demon hunters and monks who don't have anything this bizarre. Truly a shame that the later-released classes miss out on the weirdness of the AQ40 sets.

Requires level 60 (85 with weapons).
Usable by druids.

How to get these?

Fly to Silithus (flight point might be gone due to phasing in Patch 7.3). If you want to restore it, speak to Zidormi or Rhonormu or (/way 78.8 21.8 Zidormi or /way Silithus 33.4 80.8 Rhonormu)

Entrance to Ahn'Qiraj is at the south's end of the road in Silithus. The road splits in front of the summon stone. Take the path to your right and follow the stairs (/way 47.2 7.9 Raid Entrance)

You'll need reputation at Stirpe di Nozdormu (but just til honored) and items to turn in the following quests, so kill every mob you meet. Keep items like Fregio dei Signori Qiraji, Scarabeo di Bronzo, Idolo della Morte and boss drops like Diadema di Vek'lor.

Defeat the first boss, enter the temple and take the way on your left. There are Andorgos, Vethsera and Kandrostrasz waiting for you. Speak to Kandrostrasz, accept and turn in Campione mortale.
After that, new quests appear (these are the ones for Paladins, they might need different items for other classes):

You'll need reputation and the random drops mentioned above to finish these quests.
Sometimes you may find Grande Forziere dello Scarabeos which can contain some of these quest items. You need Chiave del Forziere dello Scarabeo Superiore to open them.
Take care of your bag space.

Kandrostrasz offers the repeatable quest Campione mortale. Wait to turn in your Fregio dei Signori Qirajis until you are 2999/3000 Neutral by killing trash and bosses. After that, gaining reputation becomes harder (no more trash rep).
