The helm used to drop from Onyxia back at lvl 60 but when Blizzard revamped the encounter for level 80s, the helm was moved to Nefarian's loot table. However, the helm dropping from Onyxia does have the same coloring than the actual T2 helm, so if a person just wishes to complete the full looks, they can get the respective helm from 10 or 25 man Onyxia as well.

I think that this Artiglio di Ursol staff from Hellfire Ramparts goes really well with this set as it fits the whole druid theme imo.

In addition to the blue/gold recolor from Outland 5 mans, there are a few assorted recolored pieces if you don't want to look overly druidic:

Helm: Elmetto Druidico della Preveggenza, dark blue with silver antlers.
Chest: Vesti della Fiamma Estiva, red, green gold.
Waist: Cinta di Manimal, gold buckle with red detail.

I wanted to break up this set to make it more unique, and ended up only using the chest, legs and gloves mixed with off-set pieces.

Head: I went for a matching haircolor and no helmet showing
Shoulders: Guardaspalle della Devastazione (Sunwell Plateau)
Waist: Cintura di Scaglie Degeneri (Leatherworking) - NB: the original pattern for this item is removed, so you might have to look around for someone who can craft this, or have it for sale, but in my opinion the search is worth it. Personally, I don't like the set-belt.
Boots: N/A - I'm a troll, no shoes for me.

In this comparison set, I've also included Copricapo Piumato, which could work as a quite an opposite to the original set helmet. I've also added the original boots, so non-trolls can see how they work with the rest of the items.
