Who needs pants?

Im confused as to why this set doesnt have pants. I originally thought it was just Blizzards attempt at a "sexy set" but I guess there just wasnt pants to be found for it.

This set uses the "H2 Red" variant of the Shaman Raid H artwork. It's composed of pieces that look the same as the heroic upgraded (Sanctified) Shaman Tier 10 Raid set, Sanctified Frost Witch's Garb, but are available to other classes.

Unfortunately there's definitely no non-tier, red version of the kilt in the game. Not even a pants version. Ideally they'd drop from 25H Putricide.

There are two other colours of related artwork in the database and both are available as sets. The Green is classified as "H2" like this one and is a straight recolour. The blue is classified as "H1" as it has a very slightly different design (icicles!). See:

Blue / Icy : Sanctified Frost Witch's Garb, Sanctified Frost Witch's Garb (Lookalike)
In addition, there's helm and shoulder art of a fourth colour, Brown, which is tan brown with purple lights / details. Neither piece appears to be available in the game, and they don't seem to have created a complete art set for it

Interestingly, the hardest piece of gear to get from this set is the belt. It comes from the Deathbringer's Cache from the Deathbringer Saurfang fight. This chest drops two normal tier tokens, a heroic upgrade token, and only one other piece of gear. The rest of the pieces drop from bosses that drop 3 items from their loot table.

Has anyone actually had the Wyrmwing Kilt matching piece drop, from Legion's Assault on Violet Hold? I ran it daily on two hunters and never saw it, nor does it have any screenshots on Wowhead.

I ticketed it, but the GM basically said it seems to be in the database and to bug report if nobody's seen it. Looking for more info from other players!

For those who don't know, Kilt dell'Ala di Dragone in Heroic Violet Hold (Legion) drops from Shivermaw and in its heroic form it is a replica of the kilt for this set. You can obtain the entire shaman heroic ICC set for hunters and now Evokers. The pants exist but they will only show up in this form if you are looking at it when it is set to heroic in the adventure guide. Other ICC items that didn't exist like belts and boots are obtainable through this dungeon on heroic as well. Good luck.
