Unfortunately, no shoulders of the DK pattern drop in Firelands. However, to maintain a similar coloration look, you could also look at the ICC25Heroic DK shoulder lookalikes, as they have the same reddish-brown color (the glowing fel-green eyes of the skull on the right shoulder is the only thing that looks out of place).

agreed was kinda fail to have SOO much of the set look for this and fail at shoulders and yet a dk can get entire warr looking set.

This set is missing the shoulders for non-DKs.

I have a Paladin, and have added these to this set to complete it (for me at least):

Shoulders : Spallacci Corazzati del Behemoth Furente

Cloak : Granmantello Incatramato

Weapon : Mazza d'Osso con Aculei Acidi

Shield : Scudo Guardia della Vedova Rossa

I'm going to suggest Brackenshell Shoulderplates. Probably not the easiest ones to acquire (took me two runs of Dragon Soul), but one of the closest matches to the Elementium Deathplate set, in my opinion.

For the sake of all the information in one place, the shoulders drop from Morchok, the first boss of Dragon Soul (on Normal difficulty only), located at the Caverns of Time in Tanaris.

For weapons and shields, I suggest:
Two-hander - Wrathful Gladiator's Decapitator (there are probably many swords that work, I simply prefer this weapon)
One-hander - Serilas, Blood Blade of Invar One-Arm, Titanguard, or Firesoul (all swords, unfortunately all that came to mind)
Shield - Dragonheart Flameshield (assuming you have access to it, else look towards Icecrown Glacial Wall or Ward of the Red Widow)
