Nice looking set. Better than base T8, not as nice as T8.5, but it is available to non-DKs which is a nice bonus.

When I saw this set I couldn't help but get my nerd on.

For all you WH40K fans, pair this set with either Vengeful Gladiator's Decapitator or Gorehowl and you have yourself the WoW equivalent of Kharn The Betrayer ^_^

For those holy paladins like myself, I found Flagellatore del Gladiatore Cataclismico and Barriera Glaciale della Corona di Ghiaccio match really well with the full set. Armageddon Also looks nice for you ret paladins.

One of the T7 plate recolors is a close match for this set, allowing you to mix individual pieces to tweak your look in a more unique way.

There are several recolors of this set:

Deathknight only:

I personally find that Crimson Girdle of the Indomitable from Karazhan actually fits quite nicely with this set. It's not an exact match per se but it is much easier to obtain and is a good alternative.

Another belt suggestion would be the Cintura di Saronite Temprata. Its red and gray matches the rest of the set pretty well and can be made by blacksmiths. This is another option for people who want a visible belt instead of a belt-shaped ring that blends with the rest of the armor.

I've been searching for a 2H axe for a long time. Eventually, worldcarver is the most perfect match, probably the only true match since it also drops from Ulduar (Ignis 25).

The best I could find for a cloak, Mantello di Seta Cremisi. There may be a better one though.

In case you can't tell from the screenshots, the belt blends in perfectly and looks like you don't have a belt equipped.

I'm having bad luck with the shoulders and boots dropping and the replacements I'm using are
- Grinning Skull Greatboots (match the heroic T10 DK set - heroic Valithria Dreamwalker 25 or heroic Lady Deathwhisper 25)
- Shoulderguards of Opportunity (DK 'starter' gear shoulders, colored EXACTLY the same. Blend in perfectly - Maexxna 25, Naxxramas)
