This set uses the Red variant of the "A5 Plate" artwork set and forms six pieces of a seven-piece set of the art.

While there are "Bloodscale" shoulders, they don't use the correct artwork and so aren't listed here. There is true A5 Plate artwork for shoulders for this set, but it hasn't been used by anything available in the game. There isn't any artwork for a helm, however. So neither head nor shoulders actually belong to the same artwork as the rest of the set, nor can pieces be found that do. Just pick whatever you feel matches best.

Oddly, the belt of this red set has a heart, while the belts of all other colours have a different buckle. It's not because they used the wrong belt in the game, the artwork seems to have been deliberately done this way.

There are four other colour variants of this set in the database but only three of those seem to be available as sets in the game. Two are plate and one is mail. See:

Gold: Conqueror's Plate
Black: Conqueror's Plate (Recolor)
Copper: Brigade Mail (mail set not plate)
The missing colour is "Silver", which would be silver and wine red. There's one set of boots in mail which would give you an idea of the colouring: Stivali d'Acciaio Lucidi

If you're trying to farm this set, I highly suggest you check your server's AH frequently. The drop rate on the items in this set seem to be particularly low. You'll likely end up with the Laughing Skull and Nexus Stalkers sets 5 times over before you have half of these pieces.

You can take solace in the fact that there is no need to worry about the chest piece though, a look alike can be obtained through a hellfire quest (Different quests per faction, but the same reward can be obtained) Cotta Cremisi Dorata

I am not aware of any other quest rewards or drops that share this set's artwork, so please feel free to share any info you may have.

If you would want a matching cloak for this set, the Mantello dell'Agitatore dropped by Blackheart the Inciter in the Shadow Labyrinth fits very nicely.

I am working on perfecting this set on a human female character. What I've got so far is:
Compare Items to view in 3d use the lil arrow above the item icons in question. Drag and drop items to view more. Add more with "items" button.

Improved Belt: Belt of the Fallen Emperor (it's strappy and pink)
Improved Boots: Chromatic Boots (they are a bit bulkier than the set ones but I like that)
Alternate Chest: Gilded Crimson Chestplate via the quest Zeth'Gor Must Burn!
Shoulders: Crusader's Scaled Shoulders BEST match out there IMO ***UPDATED*** (Sold by Almaador in Shattrath. Must be HONORED with Sha'tar.
Shield: Aegis of the Vindicator (extremely pink!)

Weapons:
Hammer of Judgement Main-hand Mace (Overpoweringly bright <3 )
Westfall Saber One-hand Sword
Kaartish's Sword & Sword of the Night Sky One-hand Sword

Finishing touches around town:

Valentines day will get you Pink Spring Circlet for "Around Town" outfit otherwise wear no helm :)

Another good cloak choice would be Mantello del Concilio degli Illidari (or other cloaks that use the same model/color Drappo del Cavalcadraghi and Mantello di Vuoto Fatuo). As for weapons, I personally like Lama dell'Impavido (in a gag sort of way) for swords and Martello da Guerra del Cuore Fiammeggiante and Martello del Comando for maces.

I mixed the chest, legs and boots of this set with Paraspalle del Pronto Castigo and Benda per Occhio Cremisi. The shoulders have the exact same color scheme which is great since there really aren't any other cool looking shoulders to match with these. I have, however, mixed and matched gold colored items with this set for an almost Iron Man like look. For my weapon, since I'm a Draenei using a 2H mace, I farmed up Martello dei Naaru to go along with the rest of the set.

The best place to farm this suit is blood furnace. About 10 runs in now and I have picked up legs, boots, and gloves. I tried Ramparts for about 10 runs and i did not find a single piece.

A nice set of BOE shoulders that comes close to matching this set is Paraspalle del Comandante. It isn't the perfect tint but it matches the lighter pink in the boots and legs. Closest I've come so far.

Love this set with my Love Rocket mount...

Edited to say the screenshot on the Paraspalle del Comandante doesn't do them justice. See the transmog set picture for a better idea of what they look like.

I just looted the bracers, and while moving them around in inventory, I noticed that they make a sound like cloth or leather armor when you pick them up and put them down. Do the rest of the pieces in this set make a cloth-like sound, or is this a mistake?

Well I ran blood furnace 25 times and all i have goten is the helm and waist which is pretty pathetic since i could have brought them from the ah for less then 100g so disappointed.. And do the chest gloves legs etc still drop in 4.3.3?

So now with the release of Mists of Pandaria, we finally have some truly cool looking pink cloaks to go with our pink plate armor! Whatever the stats, if they are for transmog...it won't matter. Here are some that I found:

There are others with different names, but the similar looks. Some are from raids or dungeons, and some may be purchasable. I can't wait to get one for my BE pally! ^_~

In my opinion the shoulders that match this set the best are Spallacci Runici a Piastre. They are a little too red as are all the other shoulders that people use for this transmog but they lack the large yellow / gold highlighs and I feel they match the overal skin a little better than Paraspalle del Pronto Castigo and Paraspalle Macchiati di Sangue. Another option would be Coprispalle della Crociata del Deserto but again a bit too much gold on the inner shoulder for my liking.

The first column is with the actual Paraspalle degli Scagliacremisi.
The second column is with Paraspalle del Comandante.
The third column is with Paraspalle Macchiati di Sangue.
And the fourth column is with Paraspalle del Pronto Castigo.

If you've never used the Item Comparison Tool before, all you have to do is left click on the little arrow pointing down in each column and click View in 3D and it will bring up a 3D model of the pieces in each column. This really helped me decide which shoulders I wanted to use with this set!

The problem with this set is that no items match perfectly. The closest shoulders to this would be: Paraspalle Macchiati di Sangue but I prefer Paraspalle Brutti e Cattivi

The closest 1h sword for this set has to be:

and the head item, won't fit to well either but I don't mind the spec of darker red here:

The shield, yet again won't match but I prefer this one:

Dropped all of the bloodscale set after 5.0.4 patch, it was a pain, took me 4 days, around 80 dungeon runs. Most of the set was dropped in Slave Pens where I got Breastplate, Gaunglets, Bracers, Pauldrons and 3 Helms! From Blood Furnace I got the leggings and belt, bought sabaton for 4g in AH.

Almost every mob has a good drop chance on Slave Pens but the dungeon is too long and boring, blood furnace has the advantage of having a shortcut to start with speed buff once the dungeon is done and the mob that has the highest drop chance is in Blood Furnace (althought I dropped leggings from a mob that had a terrible drop chance). Notice I did most of the runs in slave pens before switching to Blood Furnace so you might want to try and drop everything on Blood Furnace. Leggings was the LAST item to drop =p

While dropping this I got the full Darkcrest (Bloodfist recolor) set , Netherstalker mail, Felstone set and Laughing Skull set. Underbog never dropped me anything bloodscale =/

Very cool set on my human (female) warrior tank, totally worth it. =)

Personally, I like the Runic Plate Pauldrons best with it, which any BS can craft. They're still a bit too red, but really don't look too bad. At least they don't clash horribly. And they are simple and not over-ornate like many of the others, which is much better with this set.

This set is what I'm going to call a 'bloodscale inspired' set since I've replaced more of the bloodscale pieces than I've kept... The idea of this transmog is pink and gold, thought I'd post it here in the hopes that it might be useful to someone. So here's the list.

Head: Benda per Occhio Cremisi because a pink monocle is just awesome.
Shoulders: Paraspalle Macchiati di Sangue These fit perfectly with the gold/pink color scheme
Chest: I use Pettorale Corazzato del Conquistatore but Pettorale Corazzato degli Scagliacremisi looks nice too if you want more pink. There's also Pettorale Corazzato della Gloria if you want to be a little more scandalous ^.^
Gloves: Guanti Lunghi degli Scagliacremisi
Belt: I prefer Cintura degli Scagliacremisi but you could also use Cintura dell'Imperatore Caduto
Pants: Gambali Corazzati della Luce Fiammeggiante Awesome pink and gold pants. These are what made me decide to do this transmog in the first place!
Boots: Stivali Cromatici I just like the shape of these more than the bloodscale ones
2H weapon: Granspada del Gladiatore

Is Pink, it has a Sexy appearance on "most" female races, and most of all, it has a Heart on the Belt. unless of course if a Male can actually man up and wear this...I'd feel pity for the poor guy who could't Mog it back in the day. Unless he felt Fabulous in it. ;)

If you're trying to farm pieces for this set yourself, it looks like Blood Furnace and Slave Pens are the two best places to do so.

However, you'll notice on drop rates for these items the listing will say what mobs have those pieces in their loot tables. The listing for the mob, a Greater Bogstrok for example, will say level 62-70 to reflect the difference between normal and heroic modes. I do not believe these items to be in the loot tables on heroic difficulties for these instances, as the greens I was getting from those dungeons on heroic are always level 67 and up.

Since these are level 60 items, you should farm on normal mode. I'm not sure how much this would affect the actual drop rates, but I would imagine it's at least a bit higher than the percentages shown since it would appear that the data does not take into account the separate loot table when scaled up to heroic difficulty, only the name of the mob.

As for weapons I've found that Martello del Destino fits quite good colour-wise, as it's more red and white rather than pure pink.

The Blood Furnace is without a doubt the best place to farm for this armor set. The instance is a circle so when you're done you're already right by the exit and can quickly leave to reset it and get on a vendor mount to sell stuff. You can run straight through gathering up all the mobs and just AOE everything in a single, easy to loot pile since they'll never stop attacking and run back to their spawn point. I got 4 of the pieces in about an hour and a half, including the legs.
