This set (aside from the head and shoulders) uses the Green version of the "C4 Plate" artwork and forms a complete six-piece set of the art.

Like many older artwork sets, there never was any matching art for the helm or shoulders. The ones included in this set are just ones that Blizzard picked from other sources. So feel free to pick your own if you think you can find better as there's no "proper" match.

Note that the two pairs of boots listed actually use different models (but the same artwork). Calzari di Smeraldo have folded tops. Dispositivo del Naufragio Gnomesco (neutral quest reward) are a more solid-looking pair.

There are four other colours of this set in the artwork database. All are available in game and all but one are complete. See:

Gold/blue (officially "Gold"): Revenant Plate (Recolor)
Dark purple (officially "Onyx"): Revenant Plate
Purple/red (officially "Purple"): Revenant Plate (Recolor)
Blue/red (officially "Blue"): Revenant Plate (Recolor) (belt, bracers and gloves missing)

The art of the pants in the picture is not correct. In the game the emerald leggings fits perfectly into the set, so dont worry about that. (They maybe changed the art in some patch)

Armor
For alternative chest, gloves, belt, you can use Pettorale Corazzato di Ferrofoglia Guanti di Ferrofoglia and Cintura di Ferrofoglia as they are exactly the same as their green counterparts. They can be made via blacksmithing, although the patterns can be purchased at a certain reputation so finding a proper blacksmith can be hard at times.
Shoulders can be swaped by Paraspalle dell'Inarrestabile which drops off of Fankriss l'Inflessibile in AQ40, or if you haven't done the Guerra ai bastioni quest in hellfire, you are lucky enough, because the reward Spallacci da Guerriero di Giada is exactly the same as the emerald shoulders.
You can change the feet to Dispositivo del Naufragio Gnomesco if you don't like the leather style. (thx to Niaw)
For helm slot you can get some nice matches. Like Elmetto del Guardiartiglio or the BC epic crafted Elmo della Granpromessa.

Weapons
For 2h maces the best choice is Custode della Terra which goes perfectly with the set. For axes you can use the Decapitatore del Gladiatore Brutale. I don't have 2h sword matches at the moment. For tanks, the best shields are Torre Verde or Scudo di Licheni Pietrificati (as Scudo Usurato di Tartaruga does not have stats, therefor cannot be used to transmogrify). If you are using a mace you can use Punitore dei Gurubashi or Morso della Vipera. Although, the best (and not just for this set) item with this set is, without doubt, the Spada della Chiamata del Draghetto which is one of the best looking 1h swords in the game.

Any suggestions are welcome. I'm sure there are many fine matches as weapons go, so feel free to add up some more. I'll post screenshot of my warrior using this set later.

Belt/gloves/chest interchangable with the blacksmith-made Cintura di Ferrofoglia, Pettorale Corazzato di Ferrofoglia and Guanti di Ferrofoglia. Yet more belts: Cintura di Zefirion. Cintura Corazzata dell'Effige delle Stelle - Netherstorm quest reward.

Also: slim mail hands - Guanti dell'Eruzione, leather leggings Gambiere del Potere Concentrato - Netherstorm quest rewards.

I personally found the Lifeforce Hammer to fit well with the color scheme as well.

I've liked this set for as long as I've known about it. But the helmet and shoulders doesn't go too well with the rest of the set, so I swapped them for a couple of TBC drops. They're both from the recolored version of the Warrior Tier 5 Destroyer set.

Helmet: Elmo da Guerra di Vilacciaio - Drops from Fel Reaver in The Eye (16%)
Shoulders: Paraspalle del Ballaguerra - Drops from Hydross the Unstable in SCC (20%)

Weapon: Spada della Chiamata del Draghetto - Drops from Shade of Eranikus in Sunken Temple (4%)
Shield: Scudo di Smeraldo - Drops from the Auction House (100%) - No, seriously. This is a world drop ~55-59, which means it's quite difficult to farm..

Tabard: Insegna del Clan Granmartello - Easily obtainable (and great looking) tabard.

Hmm, Paraspalle del Pantano might be nice as a shoulder replacement, the colors match pretty well. Mantello di Stoffa d'Edera isn't a bad idea for a cape. Also, Ascia Feroce Vile Affilata isn't 100% on the money but some might consider it an acceptable option. Ascia delle Selve Profonde is probably better. Hope this is useful to you guys!

Ugh...Blizzard needs to fix the legs on this for females...they look hideous! the guys get a nice green, and we get ugly brown... .-.

An awesome weapon for the Emerald Plate set (green) or Revenant Plate (Recolor) is Granspada di Kofinna Kottr, which can be gotten as a reward from the quest Condizioni critiche. Sorry, Horde, this is Alliance only.

I made a transmog with a lot of parts of this set, I hope you like it.

Chest: Pettorale Corazzato di Smeraldo
Gloves: I like Guanti Lunghi di Smeraldo but Guanti Lunghi Reali di Lunargenta are okay too
Belt: Cinturone di Smeraldo
Legs: Gambiere Rinforzate del Guardiasangue
Boots: Calzari di Smeraldo
Weapon: Spina di Lava
Shield: Scudo della Tempesta d'Elementio but there are other options like Scudo Barricata del Generale Caduto or Akmin-Kurai, Scudo del Dominio
