This set uses the Purple version of the "Horde C3 Plate" artwork and forms a complete six-piece set of the art.

No artwork exists in the database for matching shoulders or helm for this set. While there are "High Chief's" pieces for these, they use unrelated art and so aren't listed here. So choose whatever you like, there's no perfect match.

There are five other colours of this set in the artwork database and all are available in the game. Four are available on plate:

Gold: Bloodforged Plate (Recolor)
Blue-black (officially "Blue"): Bloodforged Plate (Recolor)
Red: Bloodforged Plate
Black: only two pieces, Pettorale Corazzato della Runa Oscura and Guanti della Runa Oscura

And one on mail:

Bronze: Runed Copper Set (boots missing)

The bracer patterns vary a bit between the colours, but that's just part of the artwork.

This set appears to all be world drops in Winterspiring, Un'Goro, and Silithus; and thus nigh impossible to farm. Your best bet is a lot of lucky drops, or the AH.

Just noting for those interested in this set, that Razor Gauntlets are a drop item from Alzzin the Wildshaper (the final boss of Dire Maul - Warpwood Quarter) ... which from everything I can tell, are a precise twin to High Chief's Gauntlets.

So at least one piece is farmable, if you're patient. Good luck!
