Overview Warfront Transmogs (their max itemlevel versions):
The parts of these sets can be obtained once per cycle as quest reward for the warfront (like Fronte di Guerra: Battaglia per Stromgarde).
It seems that you only have to collect one type of either horde or alliance armor to get the matching appearance for the other faction too.

This particular set does NOT show up under the Set Appearances tab. You will get this set by completing the weekly quest Fronte di Guerra: La Battaglia per Rivafosca or Fronte di Guerra: La Battaglia per Rivafosca. Do not get this confused with the set you see listed under "Warfront". The set that shows up under "Warfront" can only be completed by getting pieces of gear off of the rare mobs out in Darkshore, doing World Quests in Darkshore, and Emissaries.

The legs on this set are currently SUPER messed up on male trolls, at least in-game. Wowhead's model viewer still shows it fine.

This set currently doesn't show 3D assets on chest, legs, boots, and gloves for female Dracthyr visage, and the helm and belt are completely invisible. This is likely due to the fact that they use the human female model and this set was never coded (?) to work on that model.
