Since I wrote up the incomplete version I shall also do the same for it's completed version.
I would still recommend Cintura Reale Qiraji over the true belt for the same reasons as when I used it in the incomplete version, it's small, out of the way, and shows more of the detail in the pants and legs with a similar color scheme. Alternatively, you can now just hide belt.
Maschera della Protezione Spiritica is an alternative head, if you want a more mask look (and to see your hair).
Paraspalle del Sacrificio would be an alt shoulder if they still had the same color scheme but they are currently bugged Gold when that gets fixed who knows.
Finally, Schinieri del Pirosignore can be an alternative pair of boots.

As for weapons, there is plenty of new Troll stuff that came with BFA, generally, anything with green looks pretty great from BFA. Also, the old Zul's stuff still looks as good as ever.

Got the helm of this set from heroic island expeditions. It is BoE, therefore sellable and buyable at the AH. I got this on a hunter and it is plate armor, so you should be able to loot every BoE possible on your main and send them to your alts to learn the appearance.

These sets are obtainable by Island Expeditions. It appears that the difficulty does not matter, but theme/kind of enemies that are on the island.
None of them are class limited, but some are identical to prevoius existing sets and can be mogged by everyone with this amor type now.
