Since these items seem to be dropping from specific types of mobs, has anyone figured out what this set is dropping from?

These sets are obtainable by Island Expeditions. It appears that the difficulty does not matter, but theme/kind of enemies that are on the island.
None of them are class limited, but some are identical to prevoius existing sets and can be mogged by everyone with this amor type now.
