Once earned, the heritage armor can be used by any Lightforged alts, including low level, boosted and race changed ones.

Heritage armor:
The ones of allied races require to level up one character of that race without a level boost (heirlooms are allowed) and gain the achievement (like Il retaggio dei Forgialuce). Once earned, you can use this transmog on every alt of that race.
Older/main races may complete a quest chain to get their heritage armor (level 50+ and possibly additional requirements, depending on their race).
With 10.1, heritage armor quests for non-Allied races no longer requires exalted reputation with their home factions.
In case it doesn't pop up on log in, try to visit the Embassy to find the quest giver (Stormwind / Orgrimmar). A relog might also be helpful if you've just leveled up.
Some races need a teleporter near the Embassy to turn in their quests. /way Stormwind 54.4 15.4 Embassy SW /way Orgrimmar 40 76 Embassy OG

All the weapons from Arsenale: Armi dei Forgialuce were ment to be part of heritage set as it matches so well, just harder to get as achievement requires to kill hidden and world quest rares on argus, very fitting as Lightforge draenei were known to kill a lot of demons before joining alliance :D

For anyone wondering where your heritage armor is when you hit 110, it does not automatically show up in your appearances. You have to return to your starting point for whichever race you are playing to turn in the quest.

Go to the SW or Org Embassy and there will be a teleport to wherever if your race doesn't already have a method of porting back.
Your race leader will have the gold question mark over their head.

How i may get the purple one?

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this yet, but Gonna di Grek'lor is a great match for the Lightforged Draenei Heritage Armor set!

If you would prefer a dress on your character Gonna di Grek'lor makes for an amazing substitute for the heritage armor Gambali Corazzati dei Draenei Forgialuce.

My choice of staff is Ira della Luce, the baseline appearance for the Disciple Priest artifact weapon from Legion.

My second choice of staff would be Bastone dell'Alba Lucente from Arsenale: Armi dei Forgialuce, however the purple in the center of staff does not match the color palette of the Lightforged Draenei Heritage Armor set. It would match so much better if the purple was instead brown.

No one else has mentioned this so I'll be adding my two coppers here in commenting that, imo, this set looks to be reminiscent of Turalyon's lightforged armor. Which is pretty cool.
