This set seems to be rare drops from mobs on the Broken Shore, similar to how Isle of Thunder had a small chance to drop green items with special appearances from Zul'gurub and Zul'aman.

I recommend Cape of the Alpha for the back slot and Sha'tari Defense Tabard or Purple Trophy Tabard of the Illidari for the tabard slot.

For weapons, Eagletalon Spear, Eredar Battle Blade, and Fel-Burning Blade (Mythic) seem to match pretty well.

I wish the greens were BoE instead of BoP I just need the shoulders gloves and pants to finish my transmog set.

If you don't like the belts with the crotch curtain, try Veteran's Ornamented Belt, and for the cloak, Drape of the Mana-Starved I think is the item intended to match. If you're a tank with a shield, Soulstealer's Barrier is a perfect match, and for a sword, I also like Eredar Battle Blade, or for a 2H, Serrated Void Crystal is also nice.

This is the set that Legionfall Defenders (the guards at Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore) Difensore Spezzalegione wear part of- namely the chest, legs, hands, and feet. Thus it goes rather well with the Insegna degli Spezzalegione.

I loved coming across this set on my Death Knight, who happens to have been named "Moonshatter" since his creation at the beginning of WotLK. Awesome coincidence, and an awesome set.

It's been difficult to get drop information on this set. Wowhead says it can be obtained within the Relinquished Chestguard purchased from Thaumaturge Vashreen (who has moved to The Vindicar - not in Broken Shore anymore), but its a super rare chance. Others have said it can drop from Legion Assault Invasions within The Broken Isle, killing mobs. I've got some of the other greens but no luck with Moonshatter gear. Legion Assault World Quests seem to always reward the Xorothian set via drops from the final boss or WQ rewards.

It took me about a week and a half of doing every Legion Assault and doing WQ's on the Broken Shore to get two pieces of gear. I really just wanted the chest and pants to go with the Void Elf Heritage Armor. About three days in I got the Moonshatter boots as a WQ reward within the Broken Shore. And finally today, the chest came up as another Broken Shore WQ reward. While I'm sure it can be obtained with a super rare chance by doing all of the activities I've mentioned–now knowing what I know–I would just keep an eye on Broken Shore WQ rewards until they show up. I will note that they aren't greens but purples at an ilevel 176+ as a level 120 toon.

Edit: 7/21/20 - The Moonshatter chest showed up several weeks in a row. It took 20 days from my original post date to get the pants to finally show up as a WQ reward. So all in all, about 4 weeks to get the chest, boots and pants. Good luck all!
