Netherfiend leather armor comes from the Legion zone invasions added in the 7.2 patch.

They have a chance to be the reward from Legion world quests during an invasion.

You also have a chance to receive 1 random piece from the final scenario boss at the end of an invasion.

With the name " netherfiend" I'm assuming this was intended as the Demon Hunter's Broken Shore armor. Looks like Monks are SOL in getting their own armor coloration though as the other two sets matching this seem to be for the DH and Druid.

These set pieces have a chance to drop off a final boss of a Legion Assault on the Broken Isles.
They can also drop from individual invasion world quests

WEAPON DROPS
Your spec doesn't appear to matter. As long as your class can equip the weapon, you have a LOW chance of receiving it.
Some of these weapons may have been a reward from the pre-Legion invasions on Azeroth?

GEAR DROPS (TRANSMOG APPEARANCE)
Pieces of the following sets have a chance to drop from the final Legion assault boss.
These pieces can also drop from individual invasion world quests.
